Ramadhan mubarak and its deeper meanings

"You who believe? Fasting is prescribed for you, even as it was prescribed for those before you, so perchance you may attain God-consciousness." (Q 2:183)

"Ramadan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong)." (Q2:185).

Ramadan has many dimensions, including physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions. Ramadan teaches the believer to balance between all these dimensions of his/her existence. It helps physical attunement of the body through cleansing and relaxing, and provides a break in the cycle of rigid habits or overindulgence.

Psychological dimension of fasting is related to patience, forbearance and perseverance. Through observing fasting, the believer enriches his/her patience, forbearance, self-worth, self-strength, self-control, self-reflexivity, self-training and discipline. Through fasting Muslims strive for controlling their urges and resist temptation. And through meditative practices of praying, reading the Quran and remembering God, they are reminded of the bigger picture, and develop an understanding about purpose of creation. Thus, fasting helps dealing with stress, trauma, attain inner peace. Ramadan helps healing psychological problems.

In terms of social dimension, fasting calls for remembering those who are poor, who do not have food or shelter. Fasting is a way of experiencing hunger and developing sympathy for the less fortunate, and of learning thankfulness and appreciation for all of God's bounties. It calls for purifying ones actions towards others. It reminds believers of their social responsibility, it calls for generosity, sharing and forgiving. It calls for compassion towards those who are in need and are suffering. During this month Muslims are especially called for resolving their conflicts, forgiving each other and asking for forgiveness.

Ramadan is also the month of mercy. Muslims are called to show mercy, compassion, generosity, and care for all Gods creatures, including themselves, other human beings, animals and the environment as the vicegerents of God on earth. By partaking in Ramadan, and experiencing it together creates a social space that is shared by many Muslims across the globe. This creates a unique sense of solidarity among Muslims around the world.

"Allah (SWT) (the name for The Almighty God, used by Muslims) said that: All services of the son of Adam are for him except fasting. It is for Me, and I will reward him for it. Fasting is a shield. On the day you fast, do not use obscenity, nor yell at others, nor act ignorantly towards them. However, if anyone abuses you verbally or attempts to draw you to fight with him, say 'I am fasting' two times. The Prophet (pbuh) then states: I swore by the One (Allah) in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, the breath of the faster is sweeter to Allah on the Day of Judgment than the scent of musk. The faster experiences enjoyment twice: he is pleased when he breaks his fast, and he is pleased when he meets his Maker" (Muslim).

In conclusion, this month is a blessing from Allah, and Alhamdulillah for its existence. One thing I've realised is that compelling the children to fast may blind them from its purposes and beauty. I was made to fast alot throughout my childhood, my mum had good intentions but fasting is prescribed for adults NOT for children. There is a Hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in which he said, "Tell your children to pray when they are seven years old and discipline them if they don't when they are ten years old." If it had been expected for chidren to fast, it would be explicitly included in that hadith. Their bodies are not as capable of it and they may not understand the concept and as mischevious as children are, it may only teach them how to steal and lie because of hunger. As an adult now its clear of why this important pillar of our Deen is beneficial to us from the Most Merciful.

One thing that gets me is this doubt. Doubting myself, its out of striving for perfection in the Deen. But no one's perfect, we do what we can. But with Islam as a guide,it has countless guidelines and many times this overwhelms muslims who are trying to follow every single part, including me. So this goes out to us all.

the balancing act: FEAR and HOPE

HOPING TOO MUCH:

Allah says: "None feels secure from the Plan of Allah except the people who are the losers.'' (7:99)

FEARING TOO MUCH:

He also says: "Certainly no one despairs of Allah's Mercy, except the people who disbelieve.'' (12:87)

This means there's no black and white, only Allah knows each and every person, their trials and what they have to overcome them. He knows when we are deliberately heedless and when the fear is low.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "If a believer had full knowledge of the chastisement of Allah, none would covet His Jannah; and were an infidel to know the Mercy Allah has, none would despair of His Jannah".[Muslim].

"Verily, your Rabb is Quick in Retribution (for the disobedient, wicked) and certainly He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (for the obedient and those who beg Allah's forgiveness).'' (7:167)

There is a battle within me

Ibn Mas`ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Jannah is nearer to you than your shoelace, and so is the (Hell) Fire".[Al-Bukhari].

Entering the Gates of Jannah

The angel Jibra’il (Gabriel) (AS) told the Messenger of Allah (SAW) the following incident about a man in the past who has worshiped Allah (SWT) continuously for 500 years. He was granted a shelter on top of a mountain that was surrounded by salty water. However, Allah (SWT) caused a stream of sweet water to flow through the mountain for that individual. The man would drink from this water and use it to make ablution. Allah (SWT) also raised a pomegranate tree from which the man would eat one fruit every day.One day, this person supplicated to Allah (SWT) that,

“Oh Allah, bring my death while I am in the state of prostration.”

Allah (SWT) accepted this du’a of his. Whenever Jibra’il (AS) came down to the Earth, he found this man prostrating to Allah (SWT). Jibrail (AS) said that on the Day of Judgment, Allah (SWT) will tell the angels to take this individual to Paradise through His Mercy. However, this man will insist that he should enter paradise through the good deeds that he had performed.Then, Allah (SWT) will tell the angels to compare his good deeds with the blessings that were given to him in the world. It will be seen that 500 years of his worship does not even equal to the gift of eye sight that was given to him (and all of humanity, for that sake) by Allah.

The angels will be asked to take him towards the hell-fire. Then the man will plead, “Oh Allah! Enter me into Paradise only through Your Mercy.”

At that point, the following discussion will take place between Allah (SWT) and that man.

Allah: Oh my servant, who created you?

The worshipper: Oh Allah, You have created me.

Allah: Were you created because of the good deeds you have done or because of My mercy?

The worshiper: Because of Your mercy.

Allah: Who granted you the ability to worship for 500 years?

The worshiper: Oh the Almighty! You have granted me that ability.

Allah: Who placed you on the mountain surrounded by the ocean? Who caused a stream of sweet water to flow in between the salty water? Who caused a pomegranate tree to grow for you? Who granted you death while in the state of prostration?

The worshiper: Oh the Sustainer of the Worlds! You have done all of these.

Then Allah (SWT) will say, “All these have happened due to My Mercy and you too will enter Paradise only through My Mercy.”

Inshallah, we must strive for this Mercy in the month coming up, Ramadhan.

A MUSLIM RESPONSE TO SWINE FLU EPIDEMIC

Okay so we're faced with a pandemic, most places its still summer. The worst fears are to be realised in the following months as winter approaches. Its now on the news almost everyday with more people being infected. Alhamdulillah they say its usually mild, but only Allah can protect us either-way. Again the fact of its origin is quickly forgotten. Where did it come from? Because it is pretty unusual...and suspicious that the media does not point the finger at anyone as if this is a minute detail. More suspicious is Obama buying stock of Tamilflu and other avian flu drugs in 2007.

And how this affects us Muslims is that the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam had warned of Gog and Magog and linked them to the abandonment of Hajj. And because of this epidemic, there are fears of exactly that.

Signs of Last Day

In a Caribbean island of Trinidad that is blessed with a plural society, and which celebrates that plurality with the democratic proclamation “here every creed and race finds an equal place”, we Muslims are grateful that we still have at least that much freedom that we can buy newspaper space to publish a Muslim viewpoint on an issue as critically important as ‘Swine-Flu epidemic’. That appears to be the only way now left for publication of an authentic Muslim viewpoint in the so-called ‘free world’s’ print media.

On June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization raised the worldwide pandemic alert level to Phase 6 in response to the ongoing global spread of the influenza virus popularly known as ‘Swine Flu’. A Phase 6 designation indicates, according to WHO, that a global pandemic is underway. A pandemic occurs when a contagious viral disease infects people (and this may include animals) throughout an entire country or region, or even world-wide.
Prophet Muhammad Epidemics and the Anti-Christ

Prophet Muhammad (sallalahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) gave precise instructions how to respond to epidemics and pandemics, and this essay reminds readers of those instructions. The Arabic word (al-Tā’ūn) which he used is more properly translated as epidemic/pestilence, and this would include plague.

The essay also directs attention to his prophecy linking epidemics/pandemics with Dajjāl the false Messiah or Anti-Christ. Readers should know that Islam recognizes Dajjāl the False Messiah to be a supremely evil being with a PhD in deception who seeks to impersonate the true Messiah (the son of Mary). As a consequence he is now establishing his evil rule over all of mankind with a universal political, economic and monetary dictatorship. He is also now quite close to achieving his final goal of ruling the world from Holy Jerusalem. It is only at that time when he publicly proclaims himself from Jerusalem to be the Messiah - and not a day before - that Jesus the true Messiah would return to dispatch him, as well as those who support his evil dictatorship, to the garbage bin of history.

The world witnessed an ominous example of the link between Dajjāl and epidemics during the anthrax attack that occurred one month after the 9/11 attack on America. It created conditions bordering on panic, and in the process advanced the strategic goals sought by those who planned and executed that 9/11 act of terrorism.
The ultimate goal of their biological and other forms of warfare is to realize a diabolically evil Pax Judaica in which the world would be ruled from Jerusalem. That Pax Judaica would represent the culmination of a three-stage messianic process that commenced with an evil Pax Britanica and was eventually replaced with the present evil Pax Americana.

Something went very wrong when embarrassing anthrax footprints were discovered. Those footprints were an embarrassment since they could not be presented to the world as Arab/Muslim. The discovery of those footprints led, seven years later, to the prime suspect, Dr. Bruce Ivins, a microbiologist/vaccinologist and senior biodefence researcher at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases in Fort Detrick, Maryland, allegedly committing suicide (perhaps the same kind of convenient suicide that British weapons inspector, Dr David Kelly is alleged to have committed). Those who recognize lies and deception would not be surprised on the day when the earth speaks (Qur’ān, al-Zilzāl, 99:4) to learn that they were assassinated in order to conceal further footprints. Dr Ivin’s so-called suicide occurred just when the FBI was about to file formal charges against him for alleged criminal connection to the 2001 anthrax attacks. As a consequence of the convenient so-called suicide the supporters of Dajjāl were spared a potentially very dangerous public trial.
Death from Epidemics and Martyrdom

The Prophet declared, as only a true Prophet could declare, that “death from epidemic is martyrdom for every Muslim” (Sahīh Bukhāri). A Muslim is here defined as anyone who has declared belief in the One God, i.e., the God of our father Abraham (‘alaihi al-Salām). That One God created both the male and the female, but is neither male nor female. Anyone who worships a man (or woman) or a God who appeared as a man (or woman), would be guilty of blasphemy and, unless he or she now repents, would pay a terrible price on Judgment Day for such blasphemy.

It was in consequence of that assurance of martyrdom for those who have faith in Allah Most High, that the Prophet could give an order that would today evoke the envy of governments: "If you hear of an epidemic outbreak in a land, do not enter it; but if it breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place" (Sahīh Bukhāri). It should be clear that obedience of the Prophet’s command would effectively quarantine the epidemic and eventually contain it and prevent its spread to other places.

If in the coming months the Swine Flu epidemic were to strike Laventille or Westmoorings in Trinidad for example, and residents were to die in significant numbers, no secular government could possibly prevent an exodus from the stricken area by those fleeing in panic to Cedros/Icacos and other such remote locations.

Muslims on the other hand, who obey the blessed Prophet, would be expected to set the example for others by remaining in the stricken area. They would also be expected to care for those affected by the epidemic (rather than scorn and ostracize them) knowing that by taking care of the stricken they may have the good fortune to die as martyrs. It is in this context that we can understand the Prophet’s declaration that epidemics were “punishment sent by Allah on whom He wished, and Allah made it a source of mercy for the believers, for if one in the time of an epidemic stays in his place patiently hoping for Allah's Reward and believing that nothing will befall him except what Allah has written for him, (and he dies) he will get the reward of a martyr" (Sahīh Bukhāri).
Readers may wish to reflect over the fact that the Aids epidemic appears to be precisely such Divine punishment inflicted on those deserving of punishment. Those on the other hand who die of Aids while holding fast to faith in their hearts and who are innocent of transgressions of the flesh, would receive the reward reserved for martyrs.

Epidemics as a Sign of the Last Day

The Prophet also prophesied the occurrence of epidemics as a Sign of the Last Day:
"Count six signs that indicate the approach of the Hour: my death, the conquest of Jerusalem, an epidemic that will afflict you (and cause you to die in great numbers) as the plague that afflicts sheep, the increase of wealth to such an extent that even if one is given one hundred Dinārs, he will not be satisfied; then an affliction which no Arab house will escape . . .” (Sahīh Bukhāri).

This prophecy, when combined with others, clearly indicates that Dajjāl will wage biological warfare in the form of epidemics that would substantially reduce the Arab population in and around Israel. That, in turn, would facilitate his quest to rule the world from Jerusalem.

Finally the Prophet prophesied that “neither Dajjāl (i.e., the false Messiah or Anti-Christ) nor epidemic would enter (the city of) Madina” (Sahīh Bukhāri). It would be a matter of more than passing interest to witness the fulfillment of this prophecy if and when the city of Makkah is stricken by an epidemic. The millions who travel annually to Makkah to perform the pilgrimage (Hajj) to the Temple built by Abraham (‘alaihi al-Salām) will most certainly take an epidemic to Makkah. But most pilgrims also visit Madina. How then can Madina escape epidemics?

Protection from Dajjāl’s Epidemics

Readers would surely consider it important to find out what steps they can resort to for protection from Dajjāl’s biological warfare in the form of epidemics.
The Qur’ān has declared of itself that it possesses the capacity to heal (Qur’ān, al-Isra, 17:82). This writer assumes that ‘capacity to heal’ includes ‘protection from illness’. The Prophet advised Muslims to recite the first ten verses of the Chapter of the Cave (Sūrah al-Kahf) of the blessed Qur’ān for protection from Dajjāl. In order for such recitation to have the desired effect, however, a believer must first establish such credentials with the Qur’ān as would elicit a positive response. The Qur’ān itself has warned (Qur’ān, al-Furqān, 25:30) of a time when it would be forsaken and neglected. The very first evidence of such neglect would be abandonment of the practice of reciting the Qur’ān (in Arabic) cover-to-cover at least one a month. Even if they were to recite the Qur’ān regularly it would hardly yield the desired result unless believers were to emotionally bond with the blessed Book. It is for this reason that the Book commands that it be recited calmly and with melody and rhythm (Qur’ān, Muzammil, 73:4) (and not at 95 miles an hour during the night-time prayers of Ramadān by professionals who cannot recite other than at that utterly sinful speed).

This essay concludes with the reminder to those who recite the Qur’ān regularly that the recitation of the first ten verses of Sūrah al-Kahf can offer them protection from Swine Flu epidemic and other such epidemics. This information may become crucially important in the months that lie ahead.

Just to add on this: this does not mean we just sit and hope. Allah helps those who help themselves, so inshallah we should make sure we try keep ourselves warm when it gets cold and avoid those areas where we would be at risk. Allah knew why we had to do wudhu, in times like these it may be a saving virtue.

Inshallah we will be protected by the Grace of the Lord of the Worlds from any harm, AMIN.

Assalamu alaykum

I have been tagged by Sister Fahiima (beautiful name by the way)…to write 10 honest things about me that my blogger readers may not know…so here goes...

1. I was born a Muslim, but really, I am a revert.
I was a wild child, up until I understood the whys and why nots of Islam. Why hijab, why is this the truth, didn’t practice much until I understood.
I knew so much yet so little. I was so far from Islam so I sort of took my shahada again.

2. I carry a pen and notebook everywhere so that when things get muddled up in my head, I can clear it out. Usually when angry almost tearing the paper with the pen...ahh the stress release.

3. My dad doesn’t know I’m married. Better marriage than living in haraam I say. But the situation is complicated and will fill him in slowly…yeah, sorry for dropping that bomb on everyone…

4. I cannot speak Somali, my native tongue, very embarrassed about it, and get roaring laughter everytime I try because of how broken it is apparently. Well I laugh at Somali’s broken English everytime so I guess I deserve it. Still, it’s the funniest thing. Kostometic – cosmetic, barafum – perfume…

5. My dream is living as a Bedouin somewhere in the outskirts of Medina…Life would be so much easier.

6. I can tell I will be a control-freak mother… no TV, no Music, no nothing. Tough!

7. My husband makes me fat. With his big appetite, I’m struggling to secure some food before it disappears. Lol. Just kidding, but he does eat a lot.

8. I want a baby…SO MUCH. But I guess I have to break the news to my dad first…oh the hurdles!

9. I was born in the wrong era. Seriously, even 100 years back won’t be too bad. I feel like an old woman watching this world change before my eyes into something sick and disfigured.

10. I had cramps that felt like childbirth. I couldn’t get out of bed. I was screaming, sweating, shivering, and once passed out in pain. Any sisters having similar pains, I found the answer…its called Solpadeim. :)

Marwa Sheribini, The Hijabi Martyr

Marwa al-Sherbini, a 32-year-old Egyptian who was about four months pregnant and wore the hijab, had pressed charges against her neighbour, Alex W, an immigrant from Russia of German heritage. He had harassed her, calling her a terrorist and was set to testify against him when he stabbed her 18 times inside a courtroom in front of her 3-year-old son on July 1 in Dresden. Al-Sherbini’s husband came to her aid and was also stabbed by the assailant and shot in the leg by a security guard who mistook him for the attacker, German prosecutors said. He is now in critical condition in a German hospital, according to al-Sherbini's brother.

She was stabbed 18 times, not in some dark alley. Not in some dangerous neighbourhood. In the bright lights of a courtroom, where we would assume there were armed police. Yes, this happened. But who reported it? What did he use to stab? Shouldn't he been checked under police custody? 18 times? Isn't once quick enough to stop him? 18 times??

The murderer had previously been fined for calling her a "terrorist" for wearing the Islamic hijab or headscarf, and was in court to appeal against his conviction.

Marwa Sherbini is a martyr.

This is the Europe we live in. This is an extreme example of European Islamophobia, especially because of the initially muted reaction to the crime in Germany and the rest of the world.
On Tuesday, German government spokesman Thomas Steg defended the reaction, saying Germany had "not been silent", and that early details about the case had not been sufficiently clear for a "spontaneous reaction".

Right. Can you imagine if it was in Egypt that a German woman was stabbed for not wearing hijab. Just imagine for a second the kind of reporting that would ensue. This again reminds us that what we consider news is incidents that follow one agenda and one conclusion. Anything that happens that doesn’t follow this agenda is simply ignored.

"We are thinking of naming one of the city's streets after her," said Dresden’s immigration officer Marita Schieferdecker-Adolph. I would be laughing if the situation wasn’t so sad. Naming a street doesn’t change prejudice, and the whole underlying problems that brought the lady to court in the first place.

Mashallah, she is not dead. She is a Martyr, she is in Jannah INSHALLAH.

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “He who is wounded in the Cause of Allah will come on the Day of Judgment with his wound bleeding. The color (of its discharge) will be the color of blood, (but) its smell will be the smell of musk. ‏” (Agreed upon hadith )

Jihad includes standing up for Islam. She opposed the sick stereotype imposed on Muslims today. “Terrorist”. She wore hijab with dignity and pride in following what Allah prescribed for us. Surely, she is a Mujaheed.

The Noble Qur'an 2:216 Jihâd (fighting/struggling in Allâh's Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know.
3:142] Do you expect to enter Paradise without GOD distinguishing those among you who strive, and without distinguishing those who are steadfast?

Do not think that those who are killed in the cause of GOD are dead; they are alive at their Lord, enjoying His provisions.
They are rejoicing in GOD's grace, and they have good news for their comrades who did not die with them, that they have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.
They have good news of GOD's blessings and grace, and that GOD never fails to reward the believers.
For those who respond to GOD and the messenger, despite the persecution they suffer, and maintain their good works, and lead a righteous life, a great reward.
When the people say to them, "People have mobilized against you; you should fear them," this only strengthens their faith, and they say, "GOD suffices us; He is the best Protector."

INALILLAHI WA INNA ILAYHI RAJI'UN.

I cannot write to advise and remind others and myself of sticking to aspects of the Deen without addressing the fact that we have shaytans within us.
The Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam said: “There is none among you with whom is not an attache from amongst the Jinn.” They, the Companions said: “Allah’s Apostle, with you too?” Thereupon he said: “Yes, but Allah helps me against him and he does not command me but for his own good. (Sahih Muslim 6757)

At the same time,
For each (person), there are angels in succession, before and behind him.[] They guard him by the Command of Allâh. Verily! Allâh will not change the good condition of a people as long as they do not change their state of goodness themselves (by committing sins and by being ungrateful and disobedient to Allâh). But when Allâh wills a people's punishment, there can be no turning back of it, and they will find besides Him no protector. Quran(13:11)
So even as we feel the battle within ourselves, we should know that it is not a force of shaytan present, but also a force of good.

Iman is a fluctuating thing. It could be filling to the brim but, not always. And may Allah Ta’alah ease the hardships and temptations for us. Amin. It is difficult, but the path to Jannah has to be.

So there are 2 types of people in the world…no inbetweens, no grey areas. Those that will lead you to Jannah and those that will lead you to Hell. So this pushing away the bad influences may be one way to survive this dunya as a perservering muslimah. Inshallah! I’ve noticed with myself that once you divide the people around you into these two, and avoid the latter, things get abit easier. It is tough saying so and so will lead me to hell, but it will be for the greater good, Inshallah.

Ok, so no one is perfect, Allah made us weak…only angels will ever perfectly, tirelessly devote every minute without one sin.

The Prophet said, "When Allah ordains something on the Heaven the angels beat with their wings in obedience to His Statement which sounds like that of a chain dragged over a rock. His Statement: 'Until when the fear is banished from their hearts, the Angels say, 'What was it that your Lord said?' They reply, 'He has said the Truth. And He is the Most High, The Great.' " (34.23)

This simply means the whispering of Shaytan. I had to write on this because its something I battle with a lot. I try to be a perfectionist but when it comes to wudhu for example, I wonder have I washed this thrice or, did I miss that rakkat, is this halaal, is that permissible. I guess it is another extreme.
A psychologist would say this is OCD, Obsessive Complusive Disorder. However it does not explain why it occurs when I’m doing something connected to Islam. If it was OCD, it would plague me throughout my daily activities. Clearly, Shaytan does not bother me with the doubt-filled whisperings when I’m doing anything else.

Ya Allah,

I am weak, for You made me weak,
Out of mud, I am moulded easily
I can be red-hot, burnt in the kiln
I can be ice-cold, frozen and numb
I can be spineless, squelching under trodding shoes
I can be hard, yet easily broken

So with this weakness,
I beg for strength

Strength to cool the heat and heat the cool
Strength to harden before trodden on and soften with humility.

Judaism leads to Dajjal

Dajjal: the false messiah; المسيح الدّجّال‎, literally "The Impostor Messiah". He will appear pretending to be Masih (or the Messiah) at a time in the future, before Yawm al-Qiyamah (Judgment Day)

To whom will he be pretending to?
The Muslims and Christians both know the Messiah came in the form of Isa alayhi salam. They both understand that an evil being will appear before Isa alayhi salam comes to lead the world back to Dar-ul-Islam (in the case of the Muslims, the Christians believe of Jesus alayhi salam having his kingdom on earth). Jesus alayhi salam will come to fight the Antichrist, thus both Muslims and Christians would expect the antichrist first. Who is he coming for?

It is no doubt many will fall for the temptations of Dajjal, even Muslims and those thinking they have enough iman will be won over. The Prophet said, "Those who hear about the Dajjal should stay far from him. By Allah! A person will approach him thinking him to be a believer, but on seeing his amazing feats he will become his follower." (Imran-b-Hussain / Abu Daud). But it is clear who will be the main followers.

Dajjal will be a Jew and his followers will be mainly of Jewish religion.

Narrated by Anas ibn Malik (radiAllahu anhu) Allah's Apostle (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said,
The Dajjal would be followed by seventy thousand Jews of Isfahan wearing Persian shawls.
[Sahih Muslim #7034]

Another indication is that they are actually waiting for him.

The Jews had the same truth that Muslims have. But over the centuries, the Word has been altered to fulfil their own desires concerning riba, used by one tribe to attack another tribe within themselves but the message of the coming of Isa alayhi salam is still intact.

“I believe with perfect faith in the coming of the Messiah. How long it takes, I will await His coming everyday.” –from Judaism’s Principles of Faith as stated by Rambam, Principle 12 of Maimonides' 13 Principles of Faith

Their ‘mashiach’ is the one who will be anointed as king in the Latter Days. He will be the very real king of a very real Torah government in the Land of Israel. And we Muslims can see a scary picture forming here.

The establishment of Judaism rejected Isa alayhi salam and to this day despise his mention. They rejected the true Messiah. So they are waiting, and Allah will send Dajjal and they will be extremely mistaken and celebrate the appearance of this False Messiah.

From their 'Torah':

The mashiach will be a great political leader descended by a pure male line from King David (Jeremiah 23,5). The mashiach is often referred to as "mashiach ben David" (The Mashiach, son of David). He will be well-versed in Jewish law, and observant of its commandments (Isaiah 11,2-5). He will be a charismatic leader, inspiring others to follow his example. He will be a great military figure who will win battles for Israel, freeing the Jews of foreign domination and establishing a Torah-based kingdom in Israel. He will be a great judge, who makes righteous decisions (Jeremiah 33,15)

Before the time of the mashiach, there will be war and great suffering (Ezekiel 38,16). Then the mashiach will bring about the political and spiritual redemption of the Jewish people by bringing all Jews outside Israel back to Israel (already happened, thanks to the efforts of Gog and Magog, and again this proves we are living in the Dajjalic era) , and restoring Jerusalem (Isaiah 11,11-12; Jeremiah 23,8; 30,3; Hosea 3,4-5). He will establish a Torah government in Israel that will be the center of all world government, both for Jews and Gentiles (Isaiah 2,2-4; 11,10; 42,1). He will rebuild the Temple (currently where Al Aqsa stands today, explaining why they are drilling underground to destabilise it) and reestablish its worship (Jeremiah 33,18). He will restore the religious court system of Israel, if it had not already been reestablished before him, and establish the Torah as the law of the land (Jeremiah 33,15).

Just a look at the 'Temple works'

They want to welcome Dajjal with his temple. There is an obsession with the Holy Land by a people who claim to be secular. This was previously mentioned in the Gog and Magog piece. They are the right hands of Dajjal, preparing the world for his return. Call them Zionist, freemasons, they are Gog and Magog. They have a united goal in respect to the Holy Land and the breakdown of society. Already we see religion attacked, investments in education reducing, injustice in the world driven by a hatred of Muslims and Arabs in particular. Once we understand Gog and Magog, we understand that Jerusalem is key in welcoming the AntiChrist.

THE BIG MISTAKE

They rejected Isa alayhi salam because they did not believe his miraculous birth, they were scared of the miracles he performed by the Grace of Allah. Believing him would have meant, the rabbis lost control. The rabbis would have to accept that they were unlawfully dealing with usury and they would have to forfeit their high ranks. They were placed higher than the Law of Allah.

They have taken their rabbis and their monks as lords beside Allah and [they take as a lord] Al-Maseeh, `Eesaa, the son of Maryam, yet they were not commanded but to worship One God: None has the right to be worshipped but He - Praise and Glory to Him: [Far is He] from having the partners they associate [withHim]" (Qur'an 9:31)

The establishment were too proud and arrogant and sought an end to Isa alayhi salam. After the whole attempted crucifixion they were convinced he was not the Messiah. The Messiah would rule the world and Isa alayhi salam did not. “That they said (in boast), “We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah”—but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not—nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.”” (Qur’an, 4:157-158, Yusuf Ali)

So the next appearance will not be on Isa alayhi salam, because they rejected him. The next appearance is of Dajjal, their ‘true’ Messiah. Their own descriptions are of Dajjal. Subhannallah may we be protected from this great fitna. Amin.

The stage is set for Dajjal, we are drawing closer to a one world government undoubtedly controlled by the wealth accumulation of the Jews. The banks have been bailed out, the Federal Reserve might call back its debt to crush the US economy, and the world will be ready for a new ‘superpower’. One of the few countries actually unfazed by the economic meltdown is Israel...and like the Suez Crisis that led to US domination politically, we await what would bring Israel forth in this manner.

It is said that “Israel has remained a relative island in a global economic meltdown”. This cannot have any other major reason as investments and money flooding in in addition to a great underlying agenda.

"'Abdullah Ibn 'Omar said, The Prophet stood up to address the people. He praised Allah as He deserved to be praised, then he spoke about the Dajjal: 'I warn you against him; there is no Prophet who has not warned his people against him, even Noah warned his people against him. But I will tell you something which no other Prophet has told his people. You must know that the Dajjal is one-eyed, and Allah is not one-eyed.'"

INSHALLAH,

We can spend today reflecting on the fast pace at which we are racing to Qiyamah, our own personal Judgements and the End of this world. Inshallah to ward off this great test, may Allah give us the greatest perseverence throughout and inshallah have Suratul Kahf at the tips of our tongues.

Alhamdulillah, its been good being away, reading blogs…being with family, and getting the best of life without technology! It’s strange how information distills out into the world. How knowledge is so vast but what is known is so little. People content with being ignorant, and angry if you tell them any different. This world is not the fairy tale we once thought it was. I remember the shock when I realized the extent of deception, maybe there is more behind the curtains, but what has been slowly been revealed within the narrow constraints of ‘alternative media’ may be the tip of the ice berg.

There will be a day when the mountains are turned back into rubble and the terrifying earthquakes causing us to be gripped with fear. That day we are told, the earth will spill out all the lies and false information dispatched to the common folk. It will tell us all that was covered from us.

So this is the only consolation to the shocking injustices in this upside-down world. What can we do? We have no Khilafa? This Ummah left in the cold is being savagely attacked from every corner. Even within ourselves. Mashallah, the Boycott of Israeli and Zionist goods are now causing a wave of awareness. We are funding the beast. Tesco, Nestle, Starbucks, McDonalds, Johnson and Johnson…and the list goes on. Not only do they give Israel so generously, they have impressed Israel to the extent that it has to give awards such as the Jubilee Award for outstanding generosity. Asthagfirullah! We can do what we can, Inshalaah.

The hadith that says "He among you who sees a "munkar" ( something not good ) should change it with his hand ( activism, organization, movement ). If he can not do that, then with his tongue ( by speaking out against it ). If he can not do that, then within his heart ( by always disliking what is evil or harmful ) and that ( the last option ) is the weakest ( or lowest ) of faith".

So with that I applaud all the bloggers raising awareness. However, something always happens. When you believe in something, the ones who are attracted to you are those who have the same views. There is a whole bunch of people out there blissfully ignorant and need a big fat wake up call. I try with my facebook friends but, I am a conspiracy theorist to them, I really don’t care! Any new ways and ideas to raise the awareness, or raise the ‘care’ levels are desperately needed especially for the youth of today.

Videos like this are a ray of hope. May Allah bless the many that fight for the truth. And may He open the hearing and sight of those who do not know.

ANGER

Fuming,
Boiling rage,

Anger at whatever level is intense. Even when just a slight moment of irritation, it is like a prick, a stinging sensation that peters away once its finished wreaking havoc on the moment.
It is sometimes viewed as a part of the fight or flight brain response to the perceived threat of harm.
Heart rate goes up, so does blood pressure, and levels of adrenaline and noradrenaline .

So that hot feeling somewhere in the midst of the tightening chest is questioning your brain, "whaddare you going to do about it!" Forget the science of it, that moment has no time for reason!
Whatever it is that has got you to that state, for the hot tempered like myself, nothing else makes sense except that red angry angry angry moment and sometimes it can end up regrettably.

After such situations, after calming down, then thinking about ayats like the one below, I can’t help feeling SO guilty.

Verses like Qur'an 3:133–134 say "Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous; Those who spend (freely), whether in prosperity, or in adversity; who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men;- for Allah loves those who do good.", thereby hinting at the fact that anger management is a tact that Muslims need to learn in order to attain salvation

I’ve read self help books, learnt the meditation and counting therapies when you begin getting angry, but seriously that’s the last thing on my mind if I get to that level. But I’ve got to get this sorted...and it’s funny how specific people i.e. the husband have the talent of bringing out this feeling. Quicker than anything, I need strength!

It’d be nice to hear how you deal with times like these…

Brooding doesn’t help, it prolongs the explosion…I must sound terrible, I’m almost always the innocent one!

Prophet Muhammad sallalahu alayhi wasalam is reported to have said said: "A strong man is not he who defeats his adversary by wrestling, but a strong man is he who controls himself at the time of anger."
Sahih Bukhari

Allah's Messenger sallalahu alayhi wasalam Said: a Muslim is never allowed to stay angry with his Muslim brother over three day's , because he who does that, then dies will go to hell ( FIRE ) . ( This is reported by Abu Dawood ) (Sahih Al - Jami ) ( page 7609).
“ Anger is the effect of shaytaan and shaytaan was created from fire. And water extinguishes fire."

In Tabraani . ( A book of Hadeeth ). It is narrated that Rasulullah sallalahu alayhi wasalam Said : Who ever controls there temper Allah will take away punishment from him and who so ever safe guard's his tongue Allah will conceal his sins. In another Hadeeth which is narrated in (Tirmizi and Abu Dawood): Rasulullah sallalahu alayhi wasalam said: Who ever controls their temper in a state that if he wanted he could have took revenge. Then On the day of judgement Allah will call him in front of everyone and will give him the choice of picking the Hoor of his choice.
The remedy for anger is that when a person who is angry should control his anger . It has been said there are three way's shown to control ones Anger.

1). is to say Ta'awwuz.

It is narrated in Bukhari that two people were arguing in the presence of Rasulullah salalahu alayhi waslalam. One of the two became so angry that his face went red and his veins swelled. Rasulullah sallalahu alayhi wasalam lifted his face towards that person and said to him that I know a sentence if you were to say it your anger will go away. The sentence is ( taw’wz ). The translation is as follows:
Audhu billahi mina shaytani rajim

I seek refuge in Allah from satan the rejected one

2). is to do Wudu (Abolution ) or drink water.

Dawud, Narrated Atiyyah as-Sa'di AbuWa'il al-Qass said: We entered upon Urwah ibn Muhammad ibn as-Sa'di. A man spoke to him and made him angry. So he stood and performed ablution; he then returned and performed ablution, and said: My father told me on the authority of my grandfather Atiyyah who reported the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) as saying: Anger comes from the devil, the devil was created of fire, and fire is extinguished only with water; so when one of you becomes angry, he should perform ablution.

3). is to lie down on the floor.

also, Ayatul Kursi and a 2 rakaat salaah...

Crying in frustration in isolation is my usual method, but its got to be in isolation because a “are you ok? Don’t cry” will only make things worse. This method is not really working...at all.
Inshallah will have to try to remember these methods next time anything happens, Inshallah not for a long looong looong time.

Dangerous dangerous Darwin, part 2 (last part)

If scientific conclusion is to be based on hard evidence, then why have we allowed speculation to run amok in the case of evolution. It is a baseless theory that results in questioning the existence of God. It should be taught in schools today that it has failed, so that the next generation will not be as confused as those indoctrinated with a false theory.

Not very long ago, the Sun appeared to revolve around the earth, but that was not true. Man, mammals, birds, reptiles, fish and invertebrates may appear to be rising from preceding organism but this is not true either.
Every species has instincts of its own specific kind and there is no intermediate fossils linking different groups together. It suited the 19th century thinker who thought that matter was the only reality and nothing existed which could be perceived through the senses. In this century with the explosion of knowledge and science, when previous theories lacking hard evidence have been discarded, it is surprising that scientists are still clinging on to this shaky hypothesis of Darwinian and neo Darwinian evolution.

It may be an illustration of man’s persistent arrogance and denial that there is a God, because that would mean that there is accountability. This world is just the first of the next eternal world.

The greatest evidence of God is in His creation. Nature and our study of nature both proclaim, shouts out to us that there is a God, One God, who in His Wisdom continues to sustain the universe. The very existence of the Universe with its superb organisation is inexplicable except as having being brought into existence by a Creator.
So to all the atheists who relied on Evolution, this is the Truth. Evolution is unscientific. Science proves that.

This is the Quranic explanation of the beginning of life.

Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? (21:30) Today when scientists look for traces of life on Mars or Jupiter moons, they look for water!
Reptiles came out of the water and were followed by two legged then 4 legged creatures [24:45]. And GOD created every living creature from water. Some of them walk on their bellies, some walk on two legs, and some walk on four. GOD creates whatever He wills. GOD is Omnipotent.
The heavens are expanding [51:47]. "...We have constructed the heaven with might, and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it.... " Modern science tells us that the universe was started from a singularity. The pictures taken by Edwin Hubbell in Mount Wilson observatory in 1929 showed that the universe was expanding which led to the Big Bang theory. The Qur'an anticipated this "discovery" by 14 centuries.
The heaven used to be smoke [41:11]. Then He turned to the sky, when it was still gas, and said to it, and to the earth, "Come into existence, willingly or unwillingly." They said, "We come willingly."
We know that smoke is a mixture of hot gases and suspended particles.
The atom is not the smallest unit of matter in the universe which indicates the presence of subatomic particles! [34:3] Those who disbelieve have said, "The Hour will never come to pass!" Say, "Absolutely - by my Lord - it will most certainly come to you. He is the Knower of the future. Not even the equivalent of an atom's weight is hidden from Him, be it in the heavens or the earth. Not even smaller than that, or larger (is hidden). All are in a profound record."
The Universe was created over a very long period. For God, some days last 1000 lunar years [22:47, 32:5]. This was used by Professor Mansour Hassab-Elnaby, an Egyptian physicist, to calculate the speed of light C=299792.5 km/s !!!

So we can see that the Quran is undoubtedly the Word of God. Muhammad sallalahu alayhi wasalam did not have a microscope with him, he spoke what was revealed to him. Any anyone who refutes this has decided knowlingly to disobey Allah, and He is All- Watching, All- Wise.

Dangerous dangerous Darwin part 1

The world is full of atheists. They just don’t believe in God. They believe this world just came about randomly with the optimum conditions for life. Further, that we came from monkeys. Evolution claims that species gradually evolved over millions of years step by step from primitive into highly complex organisms by mutation and natural selection. Evolution has been portrayed as if it were a proven fact, like the Law of Gravity, being included in the curriculums of many schools. This is greatly damaging as it removes the essence of genesis. Adam peace and blessings be on him, did not exist. Just like that it refutes all of the Books from Allah, and the student will from then on not believe religion as it is unscientific.

Is evolution absolute truth?

How is the general public made to believe in this outrageous theory?

We are too familiar with the common newsreel cliche that the evolutionary chain has been confirmed yet again by a missing link, latin names are given to any skulls and skeletons that have been found, these are arranged in order and depicted in diagrams and imaginary drawings. Many extinct species have existed in the past and their fossilised remains are presented as the ‘evidence for evolution’ in the form of ‘missing links’.

This perception is far from reality.

1.) Important conflicting facts are ignored and said to be ‘experimental error’. The evidence is flawed because circular reasoning is used. For example; the interpretation of the fossil record is not objective as it is influenced by the assumption that evolution has taken place so everything must be forced to fit in with the framework.

2.) Failure of evolutionists to understand the difference between scientific and historical evidence. If you can mimic a series of events today which you suppose happened in the past-that does not prove they actually happened. For example; the formation of amino acids uses such assumptions.

The modern version of Darwin’s theory proposed 2 imaginary mechanisms:

i. Random genetic mutations –said to be the driving force behind evolution, yet most genetic mutations are almost always harmful to the organism, or at best neutral. Not surprisingly, no useful mutations have been demonstrated todate.

ii. Natural selection- this process is said to help positive characteristics to spread, so things ‘evolve’. Why and how natural selection operated even before life existed, remains an unsolved mystery.

More unanswered questions from this blindly accepted theory:

How did life evolve from non living forms-given the chaotic environment of the earth at the time?
How did the very first cell survive the harsh environment?
Genetic material needs a parent cell. Where was the parent?
How did the very first complex structures such as DNA or RNA molecules come into being?
What instructed these molecules to replicate?
Why was life the best way for non-living forms to exist longer?
The questions are never ending!

The evolution theory collapses at the very first hurdle even before addressing fossil evidence and the missing links or so called ‘evolution in action’. Scientists can dig up fossils all day long and make evolutionary diagrams that join each species together with arrows but they cannot todate explain the life at the cellular level. There is an eerie silence on this subject when you search scientific literature on the question of how molecular machines developed.

Molecules haul substances from one place to another along highways made of molecules. Others act as cables, ropes, and pulleys to hold the cell in shape or turn cellular switches on and off. Solar molecules capture the energy of photons and store it in chemicals. Electrical molecules allow current to flow through the nerves. Manufacturing molecules build other molecules. Cells copy themselves and ingest food. Highly sophisticated molecules control every cellular process and this could not simply have evolved. This is the dark side of evolution that is not blasted through your screens and books.

In the nineteenth century, Darwin could not explain through evolution how life works. How did the eyes come about to seeing the way they do? How did blood evolve to clot? How did the body first begin to fight disease? How did the first cell decide to work?

More puzzling questions that to-date evolution cannot answer about the time of evolution.
How did animal muscles begin to cause movement?
How did photosynthesis begin to work?
How was energy extracted from food before evolution?
How did the body fight infection?
No one knew.
Modern science should show everyone that evolution is impossible!

Biochemistry presents an impenetrable barrier to Darwin’s theory.

With the advent of biochemistry, it just further proves that the more you research, you will find the vast unbridgeable canyons separating everyday life forms from their counterparts; even when you examine the tiniest forms of level of life at the microscopic scale. Biochemistry has pushed Darwin’s theory to the limit. Darwin did not understand the cell and today we can see how life actually works. It is the astonishing complexity of sub-cellular organic structures that forced the question- HOW COULD ALL THIS HAVE EVOLVED?

Case example: the Vision

In Darwin’s thinking, evolution could not build a complex organ in one step or a few steps; radical innovations such as the eye would require generations of organisms to accumulate beneficial changes gradually. He realized that if in one generation an organ as complex as the eye suddenly appeared, it would be a miracle, since its sophisticated features seemed to be interdependent (an ‘all or nothing’ structure).

Darwin managed to persuade much of the world that a modern eye evolved gradually from a simple group of pigmented cells not much more than a light sensitive spot. He did not even try to explain where the light sensitive spot came from.

Today, scientists question Darwin, they have found that even at a basic level of a light sensitive spot, vision is still very complex and involves an interaction of numerous molecular parts. The moment a light particle hits the light sensitive spot a varied number of biochemical processes begin. Just as the car engine contains numerous parts, vision involves a number of molecular structures such as the 11-cis retinal, rhodopsin and rhodopsin kinase but to name a few that are the main players not to mention the molecular ‘nuts and bolts’ that hold everything together.

The first animals with complex eyes were found not in the age of mammals but in the Cambrian era of Earth’s history (600 million years ago). Fossil records show differing invertebrate species emerged simultaneously without any sign of evolution. With higher invertebrate forms first appeared complex organs and complex organ systems. Molluscs for example had eyes that were as complex as vertebrates complete with cornea, lens, retina and nervous systems. There is no theory of evolution that can explain so early the arrival of such complex organs in their finished state.
These findings led to the Punctuated equilibria theory which states that the reason is that evolution took sudden jumps in 100,000 or 300,000 year increment s during different periods of Earth’s history. This is a clear admission by scientists that the fossil record is so incomplete that a theory explaining regular gaps had to be formulated!

Darwin had earlier admitted, “If it could be demonstrated that any complex organ existed in which could not have possibly have been formed by numerous successive, slight modifications, my theory would absolutely break down.”

Yes Mr. Darwin we can conclusively say it has.

Jumuah 3 - late Friday post

This day Friday is called Jumuah because this is the day that the whole of creation was gathered (mujtama’) together, and the clay of Adam alayhi salam was collected (jam’) and because people gather (jam’) and perform the Friday salah on this day. Before the advent of Islam, this day was called ‘Aroobah.

Imams Bukhari and Muslim reported that Rasoolillah (SAW) had said, "We (Muslims) came last and yet we are the first on the day of judgment. They have received the books before us (meaning Torah and Injil). We have received the book after them (meaning the Qur’an). Friday was their day to be glorified. However, they disputed on that while Allah had told us Friday is the day to glorify. Thus they will follow us. The Jews glorify Saturday, and the Christians glorify Sunday."

Also reported by Imam Muslim, Abu Dawud, Al-Nisai, and Al-Tirmidhi, that Rasoolillah (SAW) had said, "The best day during which the sun have risen is Friday. It is the Day Adam was created. It is the day when Adam entered paradise and also when he was taken out from it. It is also the day on which the day of judgment takes place."

3 things to do this Jumu’ah:

1.)Men are obligated to participate in Friday Prayer. Allah (SWT) said in Surah Al-Jumauah, (verse 9), what can be translated as, "O’ you who believe! When the call is proclaimed to Prayer on Friday hasten earnestly to the remembrance of Allah, and leave off business. That is best for you if you but knew."

2.)It is also recommended to increase supplication especially at the last hour of the day since it is the hour when requests are replied by Allah. In an authentic hadith reported by Imam Al-Nisai, Abu-Dawod, and Al-hakim, that the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said, "Friday has 12 hours, one of which is the hour where cries are granted for Muslim believers. This hour is sought at the last hour after Asar."

3.)It is also recommended that Muslims recite Surah Al-Kahf, because of the authentic hadith reported by Imam Al-Baihaqee and Al-Hakim, that the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) had said, "Who ever recites Surah Al-Kahf on Friday, Allah will give him a light to the next Friday."
Allah (SWT) said in Surah Al-Jumu’ah, (verse 10), what can be translated as, "And when the prayer is finished, then you may disperse through the land and seek of the bounty of Allah." It was not a habit of any of the companions to consider Friday as a day to take off work.

It is also the day our father Adam was created. So something else to ponder is the something thousand of thousand year anniversary of man’s existence on this beautiful earth. Have we come far? Are we proud of what we have done to this earth? What have we done since we came into existence done for good? What can we do more? Inshallah these are things to reflect on.

Allah tells us "O' mankind! Surely We created you from dust." (Surah 30: Verse 20). This is something humbling. How is it that we come from dust and get back to dust but in the meantime on earth we can be so arrogant and heedless. Allah Ta’allah reminds us that He is far greater than we.
Before Adam’s creation Allah told the angels what He was going to do.
"And when your Lord said to the angels: I am about to appoint a vicegerent in the earth. They said: Will you place therein such as will cause disorder in it or shed blood ? We celebrate your praise and extol your holy names. He answered: I know what you know not." (Surah 2: Verse 30)
This means that unlike the first assumptions of the angels, that we will cause disorder and shed blood which we continually do, there must be some good out of this creation of Adam alayhi salam. We too like the angels must praise the One most deserving of praise and worship. Be grateful for the bounty He has bestowed on us. That which we asked for and indeed that which we did not.
"And He taught Adam the names of all things; then presenting them to the angels, He said: Tell Me the names of these if you are right." (Surah 2: Verse 31)
The Angels did not know their names and said:
"Glory be to You. We have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Surely, You are Knowing, the Wise." (Surah 2: Verse 32)
After that Allah questioned Adam in the presence of all Angels about the names of different objects. He gave correct answers on the basis of this superiority. Allah asked all the Angels to bow as a mark of respect to Adam who was created so miraculously. The Holy Quran affirms:
"O' angels! Fall down making obeisance to Adam" (Surah 15: Verse 29)
And when Allah asked them to bow to Adam alayhi salam all the angels obeyed except a Jinn that was amongst them, Iblis.

His pride and arrogance blinded him. We can see the different workings of Angels as compared to Jinn. Angels do not have the capacity to disobey. They are made to perfect submission. Jinn, like us can disobey.

The Noble Qur'an - Ar-Rahmaan 55:15, 15
He created man (Adam) from sounding clay like the clay of pottery.
And the jinns did He create from a smokeless flame of fire.
Iblis felt that his make up was more superior than Adam’s and was defiant. As a result Allah Ta’alah expelled him out of the Garden of Bliss and deprived him of all Divine favours.

"Iblis said: Give me respite till the Resurrection Day. Allah said: Be you among those who are given respite. He said: Because You have thrown me out of the way, I will certainly lie in wait for them on Your Straight Path. Then will assault them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, nor will You find most of them grateful." (Surah 7: 14-18)
So Allah granted him and his progeny life until the Day of Judgement. Todate Shaytan and his army are around us tempting us, guiding us to the wrong path. He’s already lied to people that he didn’t exist. And, Poof like that , he’s gone. So now, most people don’t know he’s there, so they don’t guard against our biggest enemy!

Just to point out when the man says "Satan and his angels". {---- (false) ....satan and his fellow jinn. Disclaimer: UFOs don't exist. :)

But we must make JIHAD. Fight the Devil in ourselves. The doubt. The temptation.
This Friday, we must do that by first acknowledging there is A God, one God and He is giving us Signs, everyday…look around you, look inside you…Signs everywhere, the One true guide in Islam, the logic.

Gog and Magog - More Identifiable qualities

Further evidence from the Quran that Gog and Magog are with us and very active today are in the description of qualities they possess.

EXTRAORDINARY MILITARY POWER

The implication in the ayat about the freeing of Jerusalem for the Jews also implied that Gog and Magog would, in this modern age also still maintain and expand their military strength. Today, the continuous developments in technology have meant that a Gog and Magog world order is firmly established. No country that would have the will to stand up against their injustices would be safe from severe reprucisions. This military power is unique to any this world had ever seen before. Examples of these today can witnessed in Iraq and Afghanistan the testing of remote controlled robots. The robots available are:
• Powered exoskeletons
• Bomb disposal robots
• Unmanned ground vehicles
• Unmanned combat air vehicles
• Autonomous underwater vehicles

The Americans and western soldiers as brave as they are to blindly risk their lives for the evil of others are rarely on one on one combat. They targetted Afghanistan, one of the poorest nations in the Middle East with bombs upon bombs. It would not be fair to call this a war, it is a downright invasion with a topping of oppression and torture. Even a coalition of nations could not overpower the nations that rule the world today.
Those specific countries are: mainly USA and UK, Russia in a more dormant manner, and the EU nations that actively follow the tide.

Something else that we must remember is that the balance of power in the world a thousand years ago for example was very different. Nations would rise as dominant in their regions but the word ‘superpower’ did not exist in the form that it does today. How did USA and UK rise in this manner?

The West can look disdainfully at the rest of the world and smugly say there is a clash of civilisations, theirs better than any other’s. But they had no part to play in the story of the great civilisations around the world. Not like the centres of enlightenment in China, Africa, South America! Europe was busy in the stone age at the same times.

Even later on after literature and science took hold in Europe, UK had been dismissed by Napoleon as a nation of shopkeepers. But strangely, by the 1900s it had control of the seas, trade around the world. This was the beginning of a New World. Britain was at the forefront of the industrial revolutions, the new inventions and with the populating of the land of the Native Americans, and plundering the wealth of every land they entered thus the spread of this New World had laid its foundations.
The superpowers are only so through blood money.

They did not leave a country, granting it 'independence' UNTIL there was a money system dependent on them. They began generously giving the countries all over the Commonwealth loans that they could never and still can never pay back. There is interest attached of course. And until now Africa and the rest of the colonies pay back with resources they should be using to feed themselves. To top off the hypocricy, they still 'raise awareness', attempt to 'Make Poverty History', but while they run the sad stories on tv and show the barely living bodies with their skins holding on to bones and with flies around them, their pity is disgusting because if they wanted they could indeed make it history. Stop the debt and leave Africa and its treasures be!

TWO CONTRASTING AGES.

Dhul Qarnain was a leader of people, blessed by Allah with wisdom and kindness in his reign. The word Qarnain in Arabic means either two horns or two Ages or Eras. The method of tafseer used by many learned scholars of the Quran is to use the Quran’s references to explain itself. For example, where else in the Quran has the word Qarn been used and how? It had been used to refer to an Age. Thus Dhul Qarnain also symbolises a comparison of two Ages. The Age that he reigned with justice compared to the Age when Gog and Magog will rule with the opposite of his traits.

The Quran had declared that Dhul Qarnain had been divinely been bestowed with the capacity and power to pursue whatever objective he chose. His power was founded on the faith in Allah, and in comparison, today power is founded of the faith of self fulfilment, ego and greed without the acknowledgement of One Higher than man himself.

When asked by Allah whether to punish or to do good to a people, he replied most graciously.
Till when he reached the place of sun setting, he found it setting in a spring of black mud, and he found a people there. We said, 'O Zulqarnain, either you punish them or do good to them'. 86 He submitted, 'as one who did injustice, we shall punish him soon, then he will be returned towards his Lord, He will strike him with an evil striking'. 87
And one who believed and did good deeds then the recompense for him is the good; and soon We shall speak to him easy affair. 88

However the modern world order punishes whatever stands in their way irrespective of innocence. Just recently was an outcry in America as to why homosexuals are executed in Iran yet in their country black men endure capital punishment without a proper trial. Domestically, prisons are the means we treat others as animals caging them for years on end. If one enters an America prison, you are faced with men. Black men. Young black men. Racial profiling has had its toll, the cycle of deprivation for minorities that results in crime being the only way out has had its toll. So there they are, the Black men caged. Statistics gathered show one in every four black men will go to jail, another shows the number of people in jail are more than those in university.

Internationally, Guantanamo and the untold Abu Ghraibs -still well active as I type this- tortures, punishes others for being Arab and Muslim. What else have they been proven to be guilty of?
The US holds nearly all its prisoners in an unclear legal status - without definition of their rights. US authorities have used the vague terms "enemy combatants," "security detainees," "security internees," and "persons under custody." The Coalition has refused to use the standard terminology -- "prisoners of war" or "criminal detainees" - for which legal rights are clearly specified under international law, domestic US law, and military doctrine. In effect, the detaining authorities do not recognize the rights of those they are holding. In this legal no-man's-land, Iraqi prisoners have no recourse, no way of demanding rights, and no way of proving their innocence or gaining their release.
These innocent people gathered up through countless house raids are usually the fathers, brothers and sons leaving behind women and children, usually with no breadwinner, and sinking deeper into poverty. This is how democracy is spread.
And they say Islam was the one spread by the sword, you should be more scared if America threatens to democratise* your country!!!

INDIGENOUS PEOPLES

Dhul Qarnain had stopped at a place and saw its indigenous people. His tolerance and respect for a different kind of people is something unheard of today. Dhūl Qarnain’s use of power was again described in Sūrah
al-Kahf in a second instance where he encountered a people “for
whom We (Allah) had provided no cover other than that (i.e.
naturally provided).” His response was to respect their human
rights and to unconditionally recognize the precedence of such
rights over all other interests regardless of their primitive way of
life and regardless of even such strategic interests as the
acquisition of territory, mining for diamonds and gold, extracting
(Caspian as in Afghanistan) oil resources, etc. He left them as they were.

The millions killed by British colonialists is a story very easily forgotten. With their extensive naval force, they travelled the world and saw different people and different places. Their basic instinct was to murder in cold blood innocent people using guns which the latter had no possible defence. The whole of the thousands of Tasmania’s inhabitants are extinct. Killed off like pests, they were tied to trees and used as target practice.

Many of the real Americans still fenced off in reserves and prisons,

the Slave trade that is still going on todate is a testimony of the unjust treatment of a weaker people. Weakened by military opposition and the debt ridden economy of today. We can see wherever the Gog and Magog forces landed there was injustice to the owners of that land. Opposite to the Age of Dhul Qarnain, this is an Age of the Oppression of the ones in need of protection.
There are countless more injustices the ‘superpowers’ have committed to get where they are. Countless more massacres, thefts and oppression. And they can still have the nerve to condemn others for human rights violations.
Surely this is the Age the Quran talks about. A world founded on principles of godlessness. Instead of power punishing the oppressor, power is used to oppress. Power targets the weak and the religious lifestyle. This is not exclusive to Islam but Islam is a distinctively special target for Gog and Magog.

A GLOBAL MELTING POT.

Multi culturalism is a beautiful thing, but the globalisation is something distinctly different. The West only had to export the television to conquer a people. If the millions of rich cultures were stripped off to plaster on a pair of Levis and a smiley face T-shirt and the languages forgotten, that is not really celebrating our differences is it? Same lifestyles, same conditioning = same thinking = easy control.
And on that Day [i.e. the Day Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog) will come out], We shall leave them to surge like waves on one another, and the Trumpet will be blown, and We shall collect them all together. 99 Surat Al Kahf.
This shows that before the trumpet signalling the beginning of the Day of Judgement, Gog and Magog would merge like
waves into all the different nations, tribes and people who
constitute mankind in such wise that all of mankind, except the true
servants of Allah Most High, would be absorbed into the godless
decadent Gog and Magog meltingpot.
This is quite clear from the
Hadīth which disclosed that on Judgement Day, 999 out of every
1000 of mankind would have become Y’ajūj and M’ajūj and would
all enter into the hellfire. Most of the population on earth would follow Gog and Magog in their godless ways until one cannot tell who is an original Gog and Magog.
People are abandoning their distinct cultures, languages, mode of dressing, values to assimilate into one global culture, following the western fashions and renderring their cultural values ‘uncivilised’.

If you walk into town, you notice as Shaykh Imran Hosein put it, the blue jeans jammat. Modest muslimahs covering their awra actually stand out from those in the process of taking off, tightening whatever clothing they have left on.
The barrier would be broken to let Gog and Magog out, and this is also symbolic of the cultural barriers broken. Differences ways of living, the nomadic, the farming, the fishing are all slowly coming to an end as we rely on corporations for food, and we embrace the modern rat race of ‘work life.’
If you want to know proof of the weak following nature of human beings just observe this phenomena. Who tells them what to wear? Where does this culture come from? We Muslims may try to wear as we’re told but the rest of the world is no different except that we hear from Allah, while they are simply programmed and conditioned.

Tv, music videos, magazines...and it would not be lying to say that a distinct group of people own those delusions of media. The Khazars. The leading thirteen most wealthiest families include the Rockefellers, the Oppenheimers, the Warburgs and Rothschilds. And they control and influence alot of today's societal disintergration. The Rothschilds own Associated Press, Reuters and CanWest Media. Eustice Mullins has published his research in his book Who Owns the TV Networks showing that the Rothschilds have control of all three U.S. Networks, plus other aspects of the recording and mass media industry.

Evelyn Rothschilds runs the Bank of England (a private bank, non government) but the country of England pays the Bank on interest when the Bank prints money for the country. Looks like self sabotage? Or enslaving the country into a Rothschild owned one as duplicated in USA by the Warburgs manipulation of the Federal Rederve into existence.

There would be very few (i.e. one in a thousand) left in the
world who would successfully resist the test and trial of Gog and
Magog. They would be equivalent to ‘square’ pegs incapable of
being absorbed in ‘round’ Gog and Magog holes. They would be
those who faithfully followed the blessed Prophet (sallalahu ‘alaihi wa
sallam)

ARABS IN PARTICULAR ARE THE TARGET

In the Alan Gates or the Daryal Gorge that Dhul Qarnain is thought to have built the barrier, situated in the Caucasus Mountains in present day Georgia is at the exact location between the Arab world and Europe. Once Gog and Magog broke through, the Arabs would be the main target.
“Narrated Zainab bint Jahsh: One day Allah’s Apostle entered upon her in a state of fear and said: None has the right to be worshipped but Allah! Woe to the Arabs from the Great evil that has approached (them). Today a hole has been opened in the barrier of Gog and Magog like this. The Prophet made a circle with his index finger and thumb. Zainab bint Jahsh added: I asked: O Allah’s Apostle! Shall we be destroyed though there will be righteous people among us? The Prophet said: Yes, (it will come to pass) when wickedness increases (i.e. scum, evil, disgusting conduct, sexual perversity, etc. overtakes the world).” (This indicates not only political, economic and military oppression of Arabs but also, they would be demonized in every conceivable obscene and malicious way.) Media has bombarded the airwaves, the news daily and its still ongoing telling us Arabs are sub-human, they are terrorists and mean trouble. Movies, Films, from the last century have the Arabs as the villians. And what this does is subconsciously permeated into our reflex thinking. When you see an Arab in his Islamic clothing, gasp shock! Research into the downfall of the Islamic Caliphate, the last true Islamic state, the Ottoman Empire, will point to Britain bribing different factions of the Islamic government and pitting one against the other. Breaking down the Turks, the Arabians and dividing them inevitably brought down the Caliphate. They bribed both sides meaning that a division entailing Makkah (the Hejaz) would be separate from the rest of it. A Caliphate cannot reign without the Hejaz. Again the Caliphate and Britain’s part in World War 1 led to British troops under the leadership of General Allenby in 1919 to capture Jerusalem.
His proclamation that “the crusades are now finally over” rests any doubt of the extreme danger to Islam posed by British diplomacy in the Arabian Peninsula. The Ottoman Empire’s loss led to its disintergration and funnily enough again Britain was awarded pieces of it as mandates, including not so shocking Palestine. Islam could never be penetrated without destroying the Caliphate. It was now a tiger with no teeth. And today without one Jammat, one Unified Ummah, Muslims are vulnerable more than ever and will continue to be until it is restored Inshallah.

EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF WATER

The Qur’ān has declared that Allah Most High created every
living thing from water (al-Anbiyāh’, 21:30).
The Qur’ān has further declared that Allah’s ‘Arsh (i.e. the
command center from which He controls the entire creation) rests
on water (Hūd, 11:7). Water thus occupies a unique status in all of
creation.
We therefore have or should have a respect for this gift from Allah.

Yet the profile of Gog and Magog emerging from the
Ahadīth of Prophet Muhammad (sallalahu ‘alahi wa sallam) is that of a
people who consume water so excessively (and foolishly) that even
the Sea of Galillee in the Holy Land, would eventually become
dry.
“. . . the first of them (i.e. Gog and Magog) will pass by Lake Tiberias (i.e. the Sea of Galilee) and drink out of it, and when the last of them passes, he will say: ‘There was once water here . . . .’” (This implies such excessive consumption of water that nature will not be able to replenish such water and that the water-level would constantly decrease until the Lake would dry up). (Sahīh Muslim)

The Sea of Galilee is in present day stolen lands. Gog and Magog clearly live there and in charge of the water. The Palestinian areas rely on them for water, yet they get barely enough for an existence, while they drink it and attempt to make deserts into gardens. Any proof that this is drying the Sea of Galillee???

Prophet Jesus(Isa) alayhi salam will come down inshallah at the time the sea of galillee dries. That is not so far away considering its situation today.

Also, because of their corruptive nature, the waters will be polluted. Quran mentions that they commit fasad, today our seas and lakes and rivers are our dumping grounds even though we expect purity when we open the taps. And then there is the flourine that is scientifically proven to drastically reduce the IQs in children and also the prescription drugs found in drinking water in the US, only Allah knows what else they put in for our consumption.

ABANDONMENT OF HAJJ

They are linked to this. Already Hajj is in a strange position because we should partake in it with halaal money and paper money that we deal with today is a rip off. However, the complete abandonment of Hajj will occur. There was a scare in recent months that it may be abandoned for health reasons if the manufactured swine flu persists...

We have been warned by Quran and Hadith about the world we live in today. I'm still amazed at the accurate description, another clear Sign that we are on the right, Inshallah. Gog and Magog are to commit corruption of every kind. Today, little has been uncorrupted. The land with pesticides and radiation, the skies, the air with chemtrails and pollution, the water, our food, the global economy with Riba(Interest based) which leaves the rich getting richer the poor getting poorer, families breaking down, immorality being the norm, alcohol and drugs taking over the youth. This are the symptoms of godlessness. When there is no faith behind policies in government and society in general, this is what happens. Conscience free lives and decisions and we and the earth and the living beings on it are paying the price.

We can only pray that we will retain and hold on to the AUTHENTIC Islam by the time Isa (Jesus) alayhi salam comes back. INSHALLAH!

A muslimah during that time of the month cannot make salah(pray). The periods are a najis(dirt) and one must stand in utmost purity before Allah. Some of the Companions of the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam used to pray with wounds from war. This sort of blood is clearly different from the one from the lining of the uterus. It is a shedding and a sort of release of this impurity. That is not to say that women are impure on a spiritual level.

But Allah knows how man twists at every chance they get the Truth to make it sound terrible. He says:

"We have cited in this Quran every kind of example, but the human being is the most argumentative creature."18:54

Many condemn Islam of reducing the status of women, making them less closer to God because of this inability to pray. The verse in the Quran that deals with this is in
Al Baqarah aya 222 which can be translated as:

"They ask you concerning menstruation (mahid) Say: it is a hurt (adha) Therefore keep away from them during their menstruation and go Not unto them until they have become clean (Tahara) And when they have cleansed (Tatahhara) then go into Them as Allah has ordained for you."

Allah who created us from a drop of sperm acknowledges that it is a ‘hurt’, like an illness and because of this it would not be fair to demand from us what He would demand of men who do not experience this ‘adha’. The hormonal changes, the cramps that vary from some women who do not feel a thing to some who are completely bed-ridden. It is a break for us from fasting, conjugal relations and prayer.

The implication of this ayat is in regards to the sexual relations between man and women during the menstrual cycle. However, we learn several other things from this aya that applies to women and menstruation in regards to other aspects of Islam.
The way Muslimahs carry themselves during this times is the best for the personal hygiene and cleanliness of the Islamic household.

Allah, All Wise says:

*{Should He not know what He created? And He is the Subtile, the Aware.}* (Al-Mulk 67:14)

Like the impossibility of a ship with no captain travelling to a precise destination with no crew, loading and unloading cargo and returning to the original port constantly at precise times, it is impossible that our bodies that conduct daily functions, the lungs, the heart beating, the nerve synapses, our bodies are a testament to the Greatness of Allah. We are in ourselves evidence of His perfect designs.
So He knows us better than we know ourselves, He has given us the Manual to optimum use of these gifts.

In a hadith narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri and Abu Huraira the Prophet said: “No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.” (Reported by Al-Bukhari.)

This shows the Grace of Allah. Even though women miss out on these days, Allah compensates them as if they did the salah or the fast...Subhannallah, truly Allah is Al Hakim.
Thus its not fair for people to deduce that Islam views women impure and dirty in the spiritual sense, or that we cannot perform some of the usual ibadat and that makes Islam discriminatory. It is for our own comfort.

And when you turn the pointing finger 180degrees, you find that the Christian and Jewish Old Testament claims that a woman’s impurity at this time "infects" others as well. Anyone or anything she touches becomes unclean for a day: "When a woman has her regular flow of blood, the impurity of her monthly period will last seven days, and anyone who touches her will be unclean till evening. Anything she lies on during her period will be unclean, and anything she sits on will be unclean. Whoever touches her bed must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening. Whoever touches anything she sits on must wash his clothes and bathe with water, and he will be unclean till evening. Whether it is the bed or anything she was sitting on, when anyone touches it, he will be unclean till evening" (Lev. 15:19-23).

Due to her "contaminating"; nature, a menstruating woman was sometimes "banished" in order to avoid any possibility of any contact with her. She was sent to a special house called "the house of uncleanness" for the whole period of her impurity. The Talmud considers a menstruating woman "fatal" even without any physical contact: "Our Rabbis taught:....if a menstruant woman passes between two (men), if it is at the beginning of her menses she will slay one of them, and if it is at the end of her menses she will cause strife between them" (bPes. 111a.)

The Prophet maintained contact with his wives during their menses. There was no exclusion, or them being made to feel shameful for their nature.

294: BukhariNarrated 'Aisha:While in menses, I used to comb the hair of Allah's Apostle .

So what sort of Ibadat can we perform at these times?
We can still maintain a spiritual connection with Allah through duas, sadaqah, dhikr or remembrance of Allah Ta’alah. We can recite Quran silently in our hearts. And Inshallah, our day will be as if we prayed the best of salahs. Amin.

GOG and MAGOG monsters or human?

My earliest recollection of this subject is in madrasa years and years ago. The teacher told us of these mysterious creatures, some say giants, some say tiny pests, with big ears that they can cover their entire bodies with. This was the mysterious group of monsters that would come before the day of judgement and destroy everything in sight. This was a major sign of the end of time.
Unlike other subjects, there was no use of Hadith and Quranic references for those tales and the whole thing slipped from my mind. I think every Muslim needs to know the true story of Gog and Magog as the Quran and Hadith tell us. It explains everything about the Modern Age. This understanding of Gog and Magog blew me away.
I will explore who they are and what they are prophesised to do.
How are they identified?
Firstly, I wanted to know are they human?!

They said, 'O Zulqarnain, undoubtedly, Yajuj (Gog) and Majuj (Magog) create mischief in the earth, should we then fix some tribute for you on the condition that you may set up a wall between us and them.'

Verse 94 of Sūrah al-Kahf above informs us that a
community of human beings complained to Dhūl Qarnain about
Gog and Magog and their acts of Fasād (i.e. conduct which
corrupts to the extent of reducing to a state of destruction) in their
territory. They requested him to build a barrier containing Gog and
Magog and thus protecting them from Fasād. He responded by
building a material barrier with blocks of iron and in doing so,
successfully contained them behind that barrier.

The implication of the use of the word Fasād to describe the
behaviour of Gog and Magog indicates that they are beings who
are responsible for their deeds which thus qualify as ‘conduct’. But
such would be possible only if Gog and Magog possessed a ‘selfdirected
will’ with capacity for ‘choice’ and could thus be held
accountable for their sinful conduct.

Angels are not capable of evil conduct and jinn are invisible to man that they cannot be identified as perpertators of fasad, and anyway cannot be confined by a barrier.
Only humans in the creation of Allah with a reasoning mind to commit sinful acts could be walled away.

Hadith confirms this .
Abu Saeed al- Khudri narrates that the Prophet said: "On Judgment Day
Allah will ask Adam to pick out from his entire progeny those who would
enter the hellfire. Adam will ask: 'O Lord-God, who are they?' Allah will
say: 'Nine hundred and ninety nine of a thousand are for the hellfire while
one is for heaven.' On hearing this, the companions were overtaken by
fear and they asked, "O Messenger of Allah who will that one for heaven
be?'
The Prophet said: 'Do not grieve, the nine hundred and ninety nine will be
Ya’jūj and Ma’jūj while you will be the one for heaven."' (i.e. your
numbers in relation to them will be one in a thousand).
(Bukhāri, Muslim)

Gog and Magog(Yajuj and Majuj) are from the progeny of Adam peace be upon him.
There is also a Hadīth al-Qudsi recorded in Sahīh Muslim in
which Allah Himself describes Gog and Magog as His ‘Ibād (i.e.
servants or slaves):
“I have created servants of mine (i.e. Gog and Magog) so powerful that
none but I can wage war on them.”
(Sahīh Muslim)
We cannot fight them, the technology, the military force, the biological weaponry etc etc etc. Their grip on the populations is enslavement. One slave like I cannot fight a system like this.

“There is a ban on a town (i.e. Jerusalem) which we destroyed
(and whose people were then expelled) that they (i.e. the people of
the town) can never return (to reclaim that town as their own) until
Gog and Magog are released and they spread out in all directions
(thus taking control of the world while establishing the Gog and
Magog world-order).”
(Qur’ān, al-Anbiyāh’, 21:95-6)
The Quran has only mentioned a specific ban on a people when referring tho the Banu Israeel, the Jews. They had been banned before when the Byzantine forces expelled them and they were waiting for the Messiah peace be upon him to come and bring them back. The town is Jerusalem. The Messiah peace be upon him did come back but a majority of them refused him because he did not establish an Israeli state and because they claimed they crucified him and because he was a ‘bastard’ (asthaghfirullah).
Ok. So they were expelled and they can never reclaim Jerusalem again UNTIL Gog and Magog are released.
They reclaimed it as their own in 1948. Had Gog and Magog spread out in all directions?
Britain has a naval base in every strategic position in the world, by that time, USA was a rising superpower, and the forces of Gog and Magog that are behind them had control of the world. The economy was already paper money, already the debt system using a central bank in every country to print out money as a loan for the government and in the process controlling that country. Most countries with a central bank are drowning in debt, the cenral banks are privately owned and thus families like the Warburgs, Rothschilds, Rockefellers control public policy. This was the laying of the foundations of the Gog and Magog World Order.

Infact it was the Balfour Declaration in 1917 that began the mass immigration of Jews back into the Holy Land, and again under the British mandated territory of Palestine that the Jews got hold of it as their own. Why this continuous British involvment? Why this obsession? General Allenby even remarked that, “Today, the crusades are over.” What on earth did this secular country want with a deeply religious centre? And to boot, what is the USA’s obsession with protecting this Jewish state? As secular as can be I suppose in the hypocricy of modern politics.
And no talk on the protection of this ally in a volatile middle east. It wasn’t volatile before interference. Islam ruled in peace for a thousand years.

The Quran had indicated Israel and the rule of Gog and Magog throughout the world.

"There is an hour during it (i.e.Jumu'ah) that no Muslim servant catches while he is standing and praying, asking Allah for something, except Allah will give it to him."

Then the Prophet salalahu alayhi wasalam made a gesture with his hand to indicate how short that time is. (Bukhari and Muslim)

Let's send blessings on our Prophet who we were blessed with as the best of examples.

Bukhari :: Book 6 :: Volume 60 :: Hadith 265
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
The Prophet said, "On the day of Resurrection Allah will say, 'O Adam!'
Adam will reply, 'Labbaik our Lord, and Sa'daik '
Then there will be a loud call (saying), Allah orders you to take from among your offspring a mission for the (Hell) Fire.'
Adam will say, 'O Lord! Who are the mission for the (Hell) Fire?'
Allah will say, 'Out of each thousand, take out 999.'
At that time every pregnant female shall drop her load (have a miscarriage) and a child will have grey hair. And you shall see mankind as in a drunken state, yet not drunk, but severe will be the torment of Allah." (22.2) (When the Prophet mentioned this), the people were so distressed (and afraid) that their faces got changed (in color) whereupon the Prophet said,

"From Gog and Magog nine-hundred ninety-nine will be taken out and one from you.

You Muslims (compared to the large number of other people) will be like a blackhair on the side of a white ox, or a white hair on the side of a black ox, and I hope that you will be one-fourth of the people of Paradise." On that, we said, "Allahu-Akbar! " Then he said, "I hope that you will be) one-third of the people of Paradise." We again said, "Allahu-Akbar! " Then he said, "(I hope that you will be) one-half of the people of Paradise." So we said, Allahu Akbar."

Gog and Magog are the elite, who have changed society through globalisation, that one loses themselves. It's one big melting pot and the end result is carbon copies, secular, immersed in materialism. These are easier to control through the hand of the media, shaping minds, distracting the masses from the bigger picture. The Muslims within the gog and magog system

slowly change, lose their identity to fit in. The Gay Muslim community post shows the symptoms of this. The hijabi fashionistas following the european runways are symptoms of this, the 'islamic' mortgages are symptoms of this, the nasheeds morphing into dance tracks...Islam will never change, but Muslims have and continually are...until there is no difference between them and us except by name. This is the melting pot of Gog and Magog.

In the clear explanation of Shaykh Hosein,

We can put ourselves, more simply into two groups: those who see with ‘one’ eye and those who see with ‘two’. The former are a people who judge the modern world on the basis of its ‘appearance’ and conclude by recognizing it to be the best of all worlds. Those on the other hand who see with ‘two’ eyes – namely the ‘external’ as well as the ‘internal’, recognize this to be the worst of all worlds. They recognize universal political and economic oppression, dictatorship, slavery and the financial theft of the wealth of mankind through the bogus and fraudulent monetary system of paper currencies. They recognize the unprecedented moral decadence and decay descending upon mankind and the spiritual vacuum that has made possible that moral collapse. They recognize the universal Kufr and Shrik of this essentially godless age and long to live in the company of those who sincerely call on Allah Most High mornings and evenings while seeking His very face.

Sunnah fasting

I have been known to be a notorious sneak during Ramadhan in my childhood. I guess I was too greedy for my own good. I’ve been caught in the act, red handed, hand in the cookie jar, literally. To-date I must admit my track record in fasting is horrendous. I do feel guilty. So because I’ve lost track of how many disobedient fasting days I had, I now try once in a while to do a Sunnah fast.

The Prophet salalahu alayhi wasalam said that on the day of judgement, if the fardh acts are found to be sound, the person will be successful, but if any deficiency is found, the Lord Who is Blessed and Exalted will issue instructions to consider whether His servant performed any voluntary (nafl) of the same act (prayer, fasting etc)
-Hazrat Abu Hurairah-Tirmishi, Ibn-E-Majah.

Today is one of those days.

Rasulallah salallahu alayhi wasalam used to fast some Mondays and Thursdays among other days.
As for fasting Mondays and Thursdays, Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to fast on Monday and Thursday. On being asked about that the Prophet said: "Deeds are presented on every Monday and Thursday. Allah forgives every Muslim or every believer, except for those who are forsaking each other. He says [about them]: 'Leave them.' " (Reported by Ahmad with authentic chain of narrators)
It is recorded in Sahih Muslim that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when asked about fasting on Monday, said: "That is the day on which I was born and the day on which I received revelation."

We already know the importance of sunnah, as we try to emulate the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam in what he did. "Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for any one whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who engages much in the Praise of Allah.” (Al-Ahzab: 21) Even though its a pretty high bar to set, we can only try what we can.
It’s quite cleansing, like a detox, that is until the hunger really strikes.
So to console myself I went on a search on the benefits in the Hereafter.

The reward of saum is with Allah, al saum li wa ana ajzi ‘anhu- (Bukhari K30 B2) I suppose this means its like a surprise, no one really knows what it is except Allah of course.

The reward is more if saum is undertaken while on the path of Allah, sabiil al laah. (Bukhari K56 B36)
Like the Battle of Badr, the first major battle, the Muslim army were fasting. It was in Ramadhan 2AH. I can’t imagine myself in that heat let alone fasting and facing an army outnumbering them 3 to 1. But Alhamdullilah Allah rewarded their bravery by sending angels to assist this David peace be on him and Goliath situation.

Allah says: Al-i-Imran 3:123–125 (Yusuf Ali). “Allah had helped you at Badr, when ye were a contemptible little force; then fear Allah; thus May ye show your gratitude.§ Remember thou saidst to the Faithful: "Is it not enough for you that Allah should help you with three thousand angels (Specially) sent down?§ "Yea, - if ye remain firm, and act aright, even if the enemy should rush here on you in hot haste, your Lord would help you with five thousand angels Making a terrific onslaught.§”

Those who undertake saum will enter jannat through the gate of rayyaan, al saimuun yadikhuluun al jannat min baab al rayaan (Bukhari K30 B4)

Saum will be an intercession in the hereafter, al saum shafa’at yawm al qiyamat (Ahmad 2:17)

If one feels too tempted, it’s okay to break the fast.
Volume 3, Page 129: It is permissible for one who is performing a voluntary fast to break his fast Umm Hani reported that the Prophet, upon whom be peace, entered her room during the day of the conquest of Makkah. He was offered something to drink and he drank from it. Then he offered it to Umm Hani and she said: "I am fasting." The Prophet said: "The one who is fasting voluntarily is in charge of himself. If you wish you may fast and if you wish you may break your fast." This is recounted by Ahmad, ad-Daraqutni, and alBaihaqi. Al-Hakim also related it and said that its chain is sahih. The version he recorded states: "And if one wishes he may fast and if he wishes he may break his fast."

Inshallah I’ll keep at it until this long summer day is over.

Opinions, opinions opinions....and the Gay 'Muslim' community

The picture here is of ”Imam” Daayiee Abdullah, and he is trumpeted by his colleagues at the Al-Fatiha Foundation as being the world’s only openly gay Muslim scholar.

Man has something he was blessed with by Allah that other creations don’t have. That is logic and reasoning. It makes them somewhat stubborn, sometimes disobedient, always questioning. It is a blessing not a curse because it allows us to understand, and thus act in a way that we have reasoned to be good.

Some religions and beliefs contradict reasoning, that’s why the preacher’s favourite word is faith. Have faith! They say...just stop thinking about it and believe it! Because man can abandon the logic and rely on faith. Belief in the unknown.

Today we have reached a point in history where man does not believe anything without evidence. Where man holds his opinions in high esteem. Its a world where its all about ME and WHAT I THINK. Like children hobbling for the teacher’s attention.

Islam can be overpowering to some because it is a comprehensive guide. And we do have shaytans around us unseen and seen telling us to do disobey, it’s human nature to be imperfect. Sometimes people say it is our natures to be wild, like the animals to do as we shall, no matter the consequence, to follow our urges. That only leads to chaos. Allah has given every man a personal monitor, a conscience and a guide. There is a reason for everything. Islam does not proclaim dogmas, which are incompatible with reason or science.

It civilised the barbaric Arab tribes that used to bury their daughters, that used to kill without reason, that practiced slavery in its worst form. And in the twenty three years after the inception of Muhammad salalahu alayhi wasalam’s message the whole of the Arabian peninsula of bedouins was converted from disbeliefto devoted and faithful Muslims which brought about a moral, intellectual and spiritual awakening among them.

As Muslims, do we have opinions outside the logic Islam gives us, should we have these opinions?

Logically, one thinks differently when they can prove something wrong. As a Muslim you have pledged that this is your Deen. It affects your thoughts and the views of the world. But we're not stupid, if Islam went against our logic, we wouldn't be Muslims.

Sometimes opinions still reign even after logic decides otherwise.

This world has decieved us about so many things. It makes halal what we are told is haram and unfortunately many muslims would label another as extremist if we believe what Islam told us to believe. Not only Islam, but logic. I’m talking for example about gay marriages. Islam says homosexuality is a sexual perversion. It is wrong and disrupts the order of nature. Biology would attest to the same. But I guess the test we humans face is our desires. Because we don’t have religion as a point of reference in this general culture, we have transgressed far by relying on another logic. One that is based on whims and why nots. It’s their right, they’re entitled to it.

Once you’re a muslim, shouldn’t you only stick to the Quran and Hadith? What’s the point if you’ll oppose some of it and accept another part of it?

I was watching a documentary on Gay Muslims in UK. There was a man who prays five times a day, does everything Islamic, believes in it all but is gay. It’s a tad confusing for me. I’m an outsider and don’t know what he’s going through, but you’d expect him to put Islam aside instead of joining the two. I guess life is more complicated than that. But if this country was sharia he would be dead. Maybe he wouldn’t commit sodomy if he knew he would be executed. Maybe he needs help. Would he want help?

I asked a gay friend I used to know if there was a cure, would you take it? He was silent for a long time. It was his identity. He had built his whole world round this idea and conviction. He wouldn’t. There are psychologists who have turned people straight, permanently.

Almost all the gay friends I’ve come to know along the way have been sexually abused and embrace that act instead of rejecting it and that removes any feeling of victimisation. It becomes their choice, their identity. Never endingly fighting the ghost of the abuse. It halts natural emotional development, taking sex out of reproduction. And because they live in societies that view it not as a problem but as a lifestyle, their psychological issues continue to persist. It's a life in limbo for many.

Islam is submission to Allah. There is no partial submission...in the end it is the Almighty that will judge but He pointed to us in all previous holy Books and in the Quran that it is a crime. How does one openly flaunt being gay and a religion that will execute you if you followed it rightly all in one??

Where I am from originally, gayness used to be almost non existent. The men did not even think it an option and it was not there. In recent years with globalisation and westernisation of this African country, it is now an option and a considerably higher number of gays are present.
Historically, homosexuality has been documented. It did exist but the difference between back then and now is that it is becoming fashionable, not abhored as previously but now accepted and almost encouraged in some situations.

To Mum, the Strength of a Woman, and the story of Ayub alayhi salam.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ In the Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Most Kind

There’s something about a woman, can’t put my finger on it. Something that just…endures. Endures pain, endures the tough times, and endures for others. A pregnant woman, a die-hard mum, a tolerant wife. The pain threshold must be really high. Emotional and physical –wise. I dedicate this to my Mother.

I will never know the pain you suffered through out the years, the emotional rejection for our sake. Toiling day and night for our pleasure, bending for our comfort. When you bore me, the eight hours in that pain and got back the most stubborn child, ungrateful teenager in return and yet you still stayed through the tough years to see me grow. The rudeness, the arguments, the never ending stress caused between mothers and their daughters, is only one I look back in remorse.
Growing now, living now as you did then, I appreciate what you went through. I appreciate what you taught. I appreciate who you are.
This life is short and I can’t help remembering crying at about eight or nine when I asked you and abo will die one day? And you said yes. And I couldn’t believe that there would be life without you. Without your hugs and your reassurance. My head and heart doesn’t let me dwell on that thought for long, I just cannot…They say there’s no love on earth like the love of a mother.
In this difficult time, this time of uncertainty, I only pray I could love you just the same.

The Prophet (peace and blessing be
upon him) instructs us to: “Pray to God for
forgiveness and sound well-being. No
blessing other than faith is better than
well-being."

Related by Ahmad: Prophet Muhammad sallalahu alayhi wasalam said: "God has not created a disease without creating a cure for it, which may be known to some and unknown to others."

“Rabbu inni massani-yadh-urru wa ‘anta arhamur-Raahimeen"
O my Rabb(Lord, Sustainer, Cherisher, Master), Surely, distress has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful ones.

The Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) was a prosperous man with firm faith in Allah. He possessed vast farms, enormous wealth, many cattle and valuable property but these things did not make him arrogant. His wealth provided him with a medium by means of which he sought Allah's grace.

The Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) was a pattern of humility and faith in Allah. He was very patient. He suffered from a number of calamities but did not utter a single word of complaint. One day his big farm was attacked by the thieves. They killed many of his servants and carried away forcibly all his cattle. The Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) did not feel sorry at this loss and thanked Allah.

After some time the roof of the house fell down and many members of his family were crushed. The Prophet Ayyub (peace be upon him) was much shocked but he held fast to his faith in Allah. He neither shed a tear nor heaved a sigh. He prostrated before the Almighty. He remarked that possessions and children were the gifts from Allah. If He had taken His things, it was useless to lament over their loss.

After a few years Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) suffered from skin disease. His parts of body were covered with loathsome sores. He had many ugly looking ulcers on his face and hands. The sores were full of worms. It is narrated that he picked up those worms which fell from his abscess and praised Allah for creating them.

Above all, his false friends attributed his calamities to his sins. They ridiculed and looked down upon him. All the persons deserted him with the exception of his faithful wife, Rahima. She also grew tired of him in the long run and prayed for his death. She cursed her husband for retaining integrity in Allah. When Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) was in an extremely pathetic condition he prayed:

"Truly adversity has afflicted me and You are Most Merciful of all who show mercy." (Surah 21: Verse 83)

Allah accepted his prayer. The Holy Quran affirms:
"Then We heard his prayer and removed that adversity from which he suffered, and We gave him his household and the like thereof along with them, a mercy from Our store and remembrance for the worshippers." (Surah 21: Verse

Allah turned to him with mercy. He was commanded to strike the earth with his foot. He complied with the order and water from the spring gushed forth. He took a bath with the water and got cured from his evil disease. After this he was restored to prosperity. The Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) knelt and prayed expressing a deep sense of gratitude to Allah. He never forgot His favours, mercy and love.

The Prophet Ayub (peace be upon him) was one of the celebrated Prophets. His example illustrates: that those who remain patient under the stress of all circumstances, are never deprived of high rewards. The Holy Quran affirms:
"And surely we try you with something of fear and hunger, and loss of wealth and crops, but give glad-tidings to the steadfast, who when a misfortune befalls them, say lo! we are Allah's (possession of Allah) and to Him shall we surely return. · Such are they on whom are blessings from their Lord, and mercy. Such are the rightly-guided." (Surah 2 : Verse 155-157)

ISLAM FROM THE LIPS OF THE PROPHET sallalahu alayhi wasalam

Many have been introduced to Islam in a not so positive way, it has indeed been a scapegoat more so these recent years. So what is it really? An incident that happened with the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him explains simply what it is. A pure religion that is about surrendering oneself to worship only one God, not a man, not an idol, a Supreme Being.
A while before the Muhammad Salalahu alayhi wasallam departed from this world, someone special came down to find out whether the Message had been fully conveyed. This would be the last Prophet out of all hundreds of thousands of them sent all over the world to different peoples, since the time of Adam peace and blessings be upon him. He would be the only one sent to the entire world. His time of death was drawing near and Omar Radhiallahu anhu narrates this hadith:
One day while we were sitting with the messenger of Allah sallalahu alayhi wasalam there appeared before us a man whose clothes were exceedingly white and whose hair was exceedingly black; no signs of journeying were to be seen on him and none of us knew him. He walked up and sat down by the prophet (peace and blessings be on him). Resting his knees against his and placing the palms of his hands on his thighs (this was a serious breach of privacy. The Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam was greatly loved by the Companions who were so very protective of him. To have a stranger so close to the leader of all Muslims rose the levels of tension.),
He said: “O Muhammed, tell me about Islam”.
The messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Islam is to testify that there is no god but Allah and Muhammed is the messenger of Allah, to perform the prayers, to pay the zakat, to fast in Ramadhan, and make the pilgrimage to the House if you are able to do so.”
He said: “You have spoken rightly” and we were amazed at him asking him and saying that he had spoken rightly. (no one spoke to the Prophet in that manner as if they were testing him, so this was a shock as the Companions looked on). He said “Then tell me about eman.”
He said: “It is to believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers and the Last Day, and to believe in divine destiny, both the good and evil thereof.”
He said, “You have spoken rightly” He said, “Then tell me about ihsaan.”
He said: “It is to worship Allah as if you are seeing Him, and while you see Him not yet truly He sees you.”
He said: “Then tell me about the Hour.”
He said: “The one questioned about it knows no better than the questioner.”
He said: “Then tell me about its Signs.”
He said: “The slave-girl will give birth to her mistress (this has been interpreted to illustrate the disrespect children will have to their parents that the daughter becomes mistress over her mother. Another interpretation has been the use of surrogate mothers, being paid to carry another’s –usually higher class or much wealthier-child) and that you will see the barefooted, naked, destitute herdsman competing in constructing lofty buildings.”(As in Dubai the descendants of modest Bedouins are now competing to cover the skyline, also been interpreted to show the intellect of these rich competing with each other, from New York to Johannesburg to show how civilised they are from the height of their buildings.”
Then he took himself off and I stayed for a time, Then he said: “O Omar, do you know who the questioner was?
I said: “Allah and His messenger know best.”
He said: "He was Jibreel (Gabriel), who came to you to teach you your religion.”

The cities is where Muslims are the most vulnerable.

Just one example is the quest for halaal food. When crisps (Walkers) is laced with alcohol, when Rubicon gives you alcohol in their 'soft' drinks, when sweets have animal rennets that you don't know where they came from....chocolate etc. We don't even know what we're eating.

Our ears, eyes, mouths are not free from all this KUFR, and we think we can modernise this religion? We can only watch it disintergrate before us.

Never underestimate the plot

It’s been an eventful month, this May. The news has been going haywire on the brink of explosion. For the first time in decades the British media has sunk its teeth into the government, the whole government. I believe the media is the long waving hand of the government waving it close to our faces distracting us from whatever is really going on. So the slap this hand gave to it’s own face was puzzling. When something like this happens be sure there’s something major being covered up. I’m not making this up or imagining anything. It seems the insatiable appetite for action drama and comedy spills out onto the news. There’s never good news or simply no news. Some new angle is thrown here and there. There was the shocker and panic galore of swine flu which is still creeping up somewhere near you. Every so often is the headline that a new batch of patients have been infected entrenching the image of a pandemic soon to crash in our minds. Then there was the MPs expenses. And the UK’s excuse for our very own Obomber twirls onto our screens condemning the Parliamentarians and rising out of all the furore without a tarnish on his own record. It is David Cameron, the saint of Parliament, must be the only one not caught guzzling the public’s dosh.

The media has really jumped right in attacking the government. It just didn’t sit right with me, didn’t make sense. Continually for a week or two now, the lavish expenses of the representatives of the ‘common man’ have been found out. It has taken the country by storm. While the majority are struggling in this failing economy, bearing the burden of the elite’s theft of money leaving the economy derelict. The public is understandably furious. I’m still puzzled.
Then I began wondering whether Gordon Brown was a George Bush defunct scapegoat that will sink and make way for a new ray of light that would lead UK into a stronger spare part for the new world order. Gordon Brown must be terribly stupid not to grovel for the public’s favour like his supposed nemesis, but maybe that was the path he would take the rise and fall of the government of the day and for the rise of one that would restore the public’s confidence and crush it once again.

But this wasn’t hitting the spot, this explanation. I knew there was something big happening behind the scenes and then I hear that another Bilderberg conference is happening at about right the same time!!!!!!!! Honestly these mischevious devils! It is a crime in the US for a media outlet to mention they were happening. In the UK, not many people know or care.

Like the g20, the Bilderberg conference is a meeting of current leaders discussing the fate of the world. Unlike g20, this one is private, privately guarded, includes not only past and present leaders but their influences, the banking cartels, the whole lot of mobsters. This year it was held in May 14-17th in Athens. The guardian, the one spearheading furiously the campaign exposing the Ministers and MPs had a writer of theirs Charlie Skelton who jokingly asked to cover a story on it. On his arrival in Athens, his curiosity resulted in imprisonment on two occasions for the offence of lurking around the hotel where the thieves were meeting. His joking demeanour quickly ended when he realised how serious this agenda was. He watched the limousines with blacked out windows pulling up into the hotel and said that he saw how seriously they were taking it which means that we too should be taking this seriously. No matter what this is dismissed as, call it a conspiracy theory…the real conspiracy is not asking questions. It can’t be dismissed.

Last year before Obomber became President, we can see that he was groomed and pre-picked for the job because in the last Bilderberg Conference last year, he attended. The absurd secrecy of this event can be seen in the way Obomber dodged the media. With the throng of reporters following this false messiah before the elections, he arranged with them interview on his private plane. They got in and the plane took off without him while he scuttled away in his motorcade to the secret meeting leaving the dumbfounded press miles up in the sky.

Considering the growing awareness of what is happening in the world, the blatant theft by the banks and the families that own them, the increasingly transparent false flag attempts, the intensified oppression going on across the globe, the spread of Islam, the pre-packaged swine flu, the hoarding of organic seeds shows a plan of anticipation of a big change in the world in the next few years…this years Bilderberg must be brimming with these hyenas waiting to pounce at the next opportunity for drawing the curtain and revealing a new financial model.

This model I can only speculate. The horrifying talk of chipping populations, card exclusive banking, an electronic currency, the BIS as our global central bank, points systems….who knows. What I know is that even though the crashing of the financial system is occurring systematically not all at once…it will all fall down eventually, and when it does then we will see…The bailouts, the deficits that have to be paid back the bankers will slowly show their true colors and purpose when the power shifts to Israel, when the money already trickling in will ensure the kingdom of Dajjal a formidable one in the world of tomorrow.

Not to be caught out singling out one people for swindling the world...it just so happens that the elite...the Rothschilds, the Rockefellers, the panel on the Fed Reserve and Bank of England which control every single central bank that our governments rely on are strangely related. I won't say Jews because they are a disservice to that, they are more specifically the Khazar tribe. I must say we're in this mess because of usury, we're now enslaved and the guy pictured right there on his way to the Bilderberg conference is the rarely photographed Bernanke Chairman of the Fed Reserve must be laughing all the way to his Khazar owned bank.

This world of tomorrow is one that those in charge want to consist of a greatly lesser number of the population. Almost every aspect of the quality of our lives has been decreased. Just think about it…

Is it so hard to believe that maybe politics is just a ruse? That our fraudulent money system is one built on debt and the debtor countries are under the thumb of those printing the money and are controlled by them? That our polititians are chosen for us to choose between. That they (shock horror!) don’t want the best for us? That money has blinded them into the ruthlessness we see in the unjustified oppression those countries partake in? That war is intended for their purposes? That the media, our ‘entertainment’ is a distraction leading to lives in this matrix created for us manipulating our emotions with music and movies directing our intellect into trance like existences with a warped sense of reality so that we can be herded like sheep?
Maybe we can’t fight it on a large scale, maybe it’s the destiny of the world, but to preserve our humanity we need to extract ourselves in some level or another from the grips of their control. From buying into the lifestyle of excess consumerism, to planting your own nutrition, to thinking twice before you buy into the deception in this world and see reality for what it really is.

We Muslims can see that these people have been identified by the Quran as Gog and Magog.
There is also a Hadīth al-Qudsi recorded in Sahīh Muslim in
which Allah Himself describes Gog and Magog as His ‘Ibād (i.e.
servants or slaves):
“I have created servants of mine (i.e. Gog and Magog) so powerful that
none but I can wage war on them.”
(Sahīh Muslim)

‘Ya’jūj’ and ‘Ma’jūj’ are names used in the blessed Qur’ān
for Gog and Magog. Dr Tammam Adi, the Qur’ān semanticist, has

pointed out that they are two word-forms from the Arabic root
“hamza jeem jeem” that grammatically denote the active tense
(ya’jūj) and passive tense (ma’jūj). This could indicate their
characterization as a double-faced people with conduct that ‘ebbs
and flows’. They ‘attack’ and ‘occupy’ (Ya’jūj) and then feign
‘withdrawal’ (Ma’jūj). They commit ‘aggression’ (Ya’jūj) and then
pose as ‘peacemakers’ or as ‘victims of aggression’ (Ma’jūj). They
‘violate’ (Ya’jūj) and then ‘pacify’ (Ma’jūj). They pose as
‘religious people’ (Ya’jūj) when in fact they are devoid of faith and
essentially ‘godless’ (Ma’jūj).
The Qur’ān itself has very significantly commenced with a
warning of precisely such double-faced people:
“And when they are told, ‘Do not commit Fasād on Earth,’ they answer,
‘We are but peacemakers!’ Oh, verily, it is they, they who are committing
Fasād, but they perceive it not.”
(Qur’ān, al-Baqarah, 2:11-12)

This is absolutely amazing because the Quran a 1400 year old book tells of the rulers and schemers of today. In that verse we can explain false flag events, and the reactions to be a solution to these false flag threats.

Keep it positive folks, the suns shining, the winds are whistling and summer is here! There’s something about the summer that lifts the moods and everyone is out from hibernation.

Don’t let a thing drag you down. They say…someone who is rich doesn’t want anything. Is happy as they are.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Charity is prescribed for each descendant of Adam every day the sun rises." He was then asked: "From what do we give charity every day?" The Prophet answered: "The doors of goodness are many...enjoining good, forbidding evil, removing harm from the road, listening to the deaf, leading the blind, guiding one to the object of his need, hurrying with the strength of one's legs to one in sorrow who is asking for help, and supporting the feeble with the strength of one's arms--all of these are charity prescribed for you." He also said: "Your smile for your brother is charity." - Fiqh-us-Sunnah, Volume 3, Number 98

Anyone whose ever felt down in the middle of town or some street walking alone will know the power of another’s smile. It says more than words could. So this is a smile through the virtual confines of the internet to someone out there to in turn smile and be positive!

I read something a couple of days ago that Abdullah Yusuf Ali may Allah be pleased with him wrote about the joy of reading the Quran. He said that when studying the Quran, with “an inward joy difficult to describe” upon learning that the “general meaning of the Quran also enlarges as his own capacity for understanding increases. It is like a traveller climbing a mountain; the higher he goes, the farther he sees. The meaning we had grasped expands” and “opens our spiritual eyes”. “New words are opened out”, “the miracle deepens and deepens and almost completely absorbs us”. It is the perfect description of the miracle of the Quran that the subliminal meaning in turn has layers of deeper and deeper understanding.

I’m still learning Arabic and can understand but not fluently, I yearn for the day I can just pick up a mashaf and read like I would do English. But amazingly, the miracle can be seen in a lesser level with the English translation of the Quran, still the meaning is utterly beautiful .

There is a deeply spiritual way that you can find yourself immersed whilst reading and reflecting in the meaning of this Book. Abdullah Yusuf Ali called it the “mulk of Sulaiman”. The kingdom of Sulaiman was of the unknown, of that transcended different life forms and dimensions of life. He says of the mulk “which the evil ones denied, belied and even turned into blasphemy. But we can ignore blasphemy, ridicule and contempt for we are in the threshold of Realities and a little perfume from the garden” of the Almighty “has already gladdened our nostrils.”

He underwent the enormous task of translating the meaning of the Quran brilliantly during his lifetime and said as words of advise for us to read, study and digest. To “read slowly and let it sink into your heart and soul.”

What a miracle this Book is, untainted, protected by the All-Knowing Himself.

PROPHESIES AND THEIR FULFILMENTS

Everywhere around us we see the life we’re used to. It’s normal for us. But when we read the signs of Qiyamah, you just realise how abnormal this existence is. We Muslims are fortunate to have left for us a detailed account on the events and situations that have already been fulfilled and are yet to be fulfilled until the return of Jesus may peace and blessings be upon him. At the time of the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam, the prophesies were very strange, people couldn’t imagine what kind of life that would be. The fulfilment of these prophesies are another Sign for us those who are in doubt. You just couldn’t make this stuff up at his time. So about one thousand four hundred years ago, our Nabi sallalahu alayhi wassalam described this modern world. Almost all the Minor Signs have come to pass and some Major ones. The change was gradual but now we are here.

Volume 9, Book 88, Number 237: Sahih Bukhari:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established (1) till two big groups fight each other whereupon there will be a great number of casualties on both sides and they will be following one and the same religious doctrine,

We saw this happen in the First World War. The main characters were: Austria Hungary, Germany, France, Russia and Britain and later the US. No previous conflict had mobilized so many soldiers, or involved so many in the field of battle. The total of number of soldiers mobilised reached 65,038,810. Never before had casualties been so high.

Chemical weapons were used for the first time, the first mass bombardment of civilians from the sky was executed, and some of the century's first genocides took place during the war. 8,538,315 men would die on the battlefield, and nearly that many more people would die on the homefront from food shortages, starvation, genocide, and being caught up in the fighting. Total number of casualties (prisoners, missing, wounded, died) reached 37,508,686.
All major players involved were Christian.

(3) till the religious knowledge is taken away (by the death of Religious scholars)
This is an overwhelming and deeply sad situation. So many have departed it’s hard to list them all…It leaves the Muslim community starving for leadership, aching for clarity in the Deen, and longing for a Voice to be respected. I can only list the few amazing scholars I knew about: Ahmed Deedat, Dr. Fazlur Rahman Ansari, Abdullah Yusuf Ali may Allah grant them the peace and blessing they deserve.
It is greatly unfortunate that this happens during the time we need the guidance the most. Let us read the books of past Inshallah and keep some of the knowledge with us.
When they die we are left with leaders who conceal the truth, who dress up Islam to make it easy for the ‘civilised’ people to digest to appease those they serve.
(4) earthquakes will increase in number
according to geophysicists is that the tectonic plate shifts have increased the number of serious earthquakes in the past one-year an enormous amount and the rate is exponentially increasing. Scientists are blaming the Polar reversal and these will continue till 2012. Let me not even begin with the 2012 theories! But lets stick to the signs given by Muhammad peace be upon him. The only Signs that are never wrong.
(5) time will pass quickly,
Another hadith states that The Last Hour will not come before time contracts, a year being like a month, a month like a week, a week like a day, a day like an hour, and an hour like the kindling of a fire.

This will be in consequence with the rememberance of Allah (Dhikr) will be leaving the hearts of people and pre-occupation with the world will take exclusive possession of the heart. You can try it yourself. Switch off the television, radio, phone, cooker and just sit and reflect on the beauty of this world, on the blessings Allah has showered on you, the blessings you prayed for and the blessings you didn’t, on how Great He is, His Kindness and Mercy, His Love and Light. Reflect and supplicate and see how the earth stands still and time slows its pace. Truly Allah controls all things.
(6) afflictions will appear,
The most recent we have seen is swine flu that just appeared. We can see today diseases, illnesses and conditions our ancestors never knew, heard or experienced. Ebola surfaced in 1976. AIDS popped up suspiciously out of nowhere in the 1980s, Cancer is said to have been first spotted as a rarity in the 1800s. We also bring these on ourselves with the lifestyle, stress and nutrition consisting of GMOs, hormones and additives that lower our immune systems or even directly harm us.
(7) Al-Harj, (i.e., killing) will increase,
Our histories tell of the wars and conquests but nothing can compare them to the bloodshed of today. A big reason is developments in the weaponry used. Bombs of all sorts, landmines, guns used at war and supplied to the civilian population through the black market. We have acquired the weapons of mass destruction and the level of bloodshed in this age is unprecedented.
(8) till wealth will be in abundance ---- so abundant that a wealthy person will worry lest nobody should accept his Zakat, and whenever he will present it to someone, that person (to whom it will be offered) will say, 'I am not in need of it,
I think this may apply to the ‘developed’ countries. At the time of Zakat, the poor may not be in need because they’ve got government benefits. Back home in Kenya, if you gave a poor person in the street a loaf of bread they may turn it away and ask for money instead wanting to buy drugs or alcohol. However, I must say that this is the exception, subhanallah the majority in Northern Kenya are very disadvantaged.
(9) till the people compete with one another in constructing high buildings,

(10) till a man when passing by a grave of someone will say, 'Would that I were in his place
We can see this in the rise of suicides and depression.
(11) and till the sun rises from the West. So when the sun will rise and the people will see it (rising from the West) they will all believe (embrace Islam) but that will be the time when: (As Allah said,) 'No good will it do to a soul to believe then, if it believed not before, nor earned good (by deeds of righteousness) through its Faith.' (6.158)
Subhanallah this hasn’t happened yet. And may that moment find us with our sins forgiven, Amin.
And the Hour will be established while two men spreading a garment in front of them but they will not be able to sell it, nor fold it up; and the Hour will be established when a man has milked his she-camel and has taken away the milk but he will not be able to drink it; and the Hour will be established before a man repairing a tank (for his livestock) is able to water (his animals) in it; and the Hour will be established when a person has raised a morsel (of food) to his mouth but will not be able to eat it."
This is how quickly Qiyamah will come, we won’t even know it’s coming.

Our Dua unto Allah The Merciful is that: May He grant us the true realization of the purpose of our existence on this earth, before death overtakes us; May He guide us towards repentance and reformation; May He instill the realization of Aakhira in our hearts, and May He save us from the horrors of the Day of Qiyamah. Aameen.

Pointless Corrections

Unfortunately we live in a time where Islam is greatly misunderstood. It is misunderstood by the ones who don’t know and for the ones that do know, they continue to mislead the rest. I have come across many websites against Islam and the Prophet Muhammad sallalahu alayhi wasalam.

They have facts, hadiths and ayats of the Quran to back their ideas up. But the sad thing is that they take the hadith out of context, sometimes attributing a phrase to the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam which he never said. Then they cite it with a same of some sort. One I came across was using hadiths from Ishaq. His source far from valid. You can tell the false sites with the underlying tone of unabated hatred. Painting the image of Nabi sallalahu alayhi wasalam as a person that pales in comparison to the truth. There are some amazing circumstances where people faced with such lies do go on and research for themselves and Alhamdulillah fall in love with this Deen. Allah guides whom He wills.

Islam is pure, Islam is the truth and Islam is logic. Anyone who has researched the Quran and Hadith and the Seera and not agreed with that statement they are truly misguided. I should have held back before I began a debate with a certain person who runs a website against the Quran but I thought it an injustice if I didn’t. I will leave the debates to the Shaykhs and future Ahmed Deedats because they attacked every aspect of my argument with lies. Lies lies lies. They did not use the Quran or the hadith and rejected every factual evidence I produced. Sometimes it is just simply a waste of time. This was the last time. And still that website is still out there misleading people who wouldn’t know any better, and that bothers me a lot!

The Fault Comes Full Circle

Alhamdulillah we, as muslims are brimming the cup of life with our numbers. One statistic claims that one in five in the world is a Muslim. If this is the coming of the end of the world, we should be so grateful to be Muslim, take any discrimination, stereotypes and disapproval in your stride because that is a further indication that this is the truth.

We are told religion is backward and that the way to progress is secularisation. Those who believe we are living in secularised societies may be mistaken because man cannot cease to worship. Man cannot exist and not adore and supplicate. Unfortunately, the dominant religion of the day is the worship of appearances, pleasure and indeed worship oneself.

Money is a god and not money as a means of survival but as the object of desire. Not as the means but as the goal. Another worship is worship of another being, the celebrities who are only there as a glittery show, an illusion of happiness, the unreachable grapes, the supplication to them is imitation. The tangible becomes divine, and the intangible is forgotten. The spiritual self is neglected while what we see is the only existence. Science has somehow deluded man that he is great, that maybe there is none greater.

It is no surprise that Islam is under attack, it has been for centuries, but the intensity of today’s offence is symptomatic of our failures and the coming of qiyamah. If shaytan is behind any mischief and evil, it is natural for him to attack the good, the righteous and the God-fearing. The religious way of life is despised in this age of the fast life. But the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasalam did not leave us without a weapon, without a sure-fire way of protecting for the Ummah he so deeply loved and prayed for. Did we listen?

It is our faults that we are where we are.

Why is it our own faults?

The Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam stated that "Verily I have left with you two things, if you hold unto them you will never go astray! The Book of Allaah and my Sunnah!" [Authentic; recorded by al-Hakim].
It would be true to say if we did listen to him, we may not be in this very vulnerable situation today.
Our Nabi salalahu alayhi wasalam prophecised about fourteen centuries ago that a day would come when the Muslims would blindly copy the ways of the Christians and Jews, in spite of the obvious absurdity and the unIslamic character of some of those ways . This is exemplified by the hadith narrated Abu Sa’id al-Khudri, the Prophet (pbuh) said, “You will follow the ways of those nations who were before you, span by span and cubit by cubit (i.e., inch by inch) so much so that even if they entered a hole of a mastigure [lizard], you would follow them.” We said, “O Allah’s Apostle! (Do you mean) the Jews and the Christians?” He said, “Whom else?”

It was bizzare at that time that Muslims would follow the backward Christians and Jews. Islam was at the forefront of the scientific, mathematical and other academical fields as well as social tranquility and just governance. We can see now how Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasalam 's prophesy has come so very true,

How are we in the lizard’s hole and abandoned the Quran and Sunnah?
The Economy is a global economy based on debt, based on interest, based on RIBA.
We abandoned Sunnah money which is also mentioned in the Quran. It is gold and silver. Is it progress now that we deal with paper and value it? I have to also give respect to the Catholic Church that fought to keep usury out of the economies in Europe. With the first printing of paper money, it paved the way for a system easily manipulated by debt and interest. It also gave another dimension to who controls the money. Gold and silver are creations of Allah, and can be found in quantities prescribed by Allah. But the bankers wanted to have some power and now they print paper, and smugly print it at their will. Paper money is a rip off. No value. Riba is not only lending on interest but also a transaction where one party is ripped off. This was illustrated when in the following hadith.
Abd Sa'id reported: Bilal (Allah be pleased with him) came with fine quality of dates. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said to him: From where (you have brought them)? Bilal said: We had inferior quality of dates and I exchanged two sa's (of inferior quality) with one sa (of fine quality) as food for Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him), whereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Woe! it is in fact usury; therefore, do not do that. But when you intend to buy dates (of superior quality), sell (the inferior quality) in a separate bargain and then buy (the superior quality). And in the hadith transmitted by Ibn Sahl there is no mention of" whereupon". (Muslim: 10.3871)
With our everyday transactions, we hand over an inferior quality (paper) for superior quality (goods or services.)

It is better explained in this hadith:

Abu Salih reported: I heard Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah be pleased with him) said: Dinar (gold) for gold and dirham for dirham can be (exchanged) with equal for equal; but he who gives more or demands more in fact deals in interest. I sald to him: Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) says otherwise, whereupon he said: I met Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) and said: Do you see what you say; have you heard it from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), or found it in the Book of Allah, the Glorious and Majestic? He said: I did not hear it from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). and I did not find it in the Book of Allah (Glorious and Majestic), but Usama b. Zaid narrated it to me that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: There can be an element of interest in credit. (Muslim: 10.3876)

However, after dealing with gold as a value, governments began ripping the public off when gold can be traded for paper. That is clearly unequal in value. Supposedly after the change over from gold and when governments established a paper economy, a fatwa was passed that it is halaal. Again only one scholar in Islam to my knowledge has spotted this deception risking unpopularity and disagreement. I may not have given an explanation as brilliantly as the learned Imran Hosein has but a more comprehensive one can be found in his books.

So down this lizard hole we are sleeping while Allah tells us in verse 279 in Suratul Baqarah: "If you do not, take notice of war from Allah and his Messenger but if you repent you shall have your capital sum. Deal not unjustly and you shall not be dealt with unjustly."

That is the subliminal Riba that we deal with everyday. But what about the well known Riba of lending for interest? Muslims Alhamdullilah have known this and stayed away, however this sick sick world we live in drills it into our heads that we must by whatever means own a piece of land. Yes, it would be nice to have a house, however something tells us that the world is shaky if we are renting. The world is shaky if we don’t have a house. But truly the world is shaky when you have a mortgage hanging over your shoulder and shakier when you fall into arreas!

So now, I have to also bring up this strange new idea of Islamic mortgage aimed at the pious muslims which is riba in disguise.For those who don’t know how it works is: An example: The bank buys a £200,000 house that you want and sells it to you for £400,000. It’s not just a price increase but a price for the time you need to pay it. They call it a sale, I call it riba.

"Allah will deprive usury of all blessing, and will give increase for deeds of charity, for he does not love any ungrateful sinner." (2:279) I was speaking to an Imam at a mosque I used to visit because in his khutbah, he had told muslims not to deal in the haraam mortgage but to do it the halaal way. Concerning the increased payment ‘sale’ the bank gives you because of the time you have to pay, he said that it was just business. Unfortunately, I could not remember the ayat on the spot. But I found it later:"Those who devour usury will not stand except as stands one whom the Satan by his touch has driven to madness. That is because they say, "trade is like usury", but Allah has permitted trade and has forbidden usury",(2:275)

Allahu ya'lam. Everyone be guided with what they feel in their hearts. Inshallah let us live in the state of pleasing Allah, Amin.

Why does Allah outlaw Riba in the Quran, the Injil and in the Taurat? This is because riba is reaping where you have not sown. Eating what you did not earn.

"That they took usury though they were forbidden and they devoured peoples wealth wrongfully; we have prepared for those amongst them who reject faith a grievous chastisement." (Suratul Nisa: 161.) They are devouring other people’s blood and sweat.
The Injil still outlaws this so technically, a true follower of Isa alayhi sallam would not deal in it. Funnily enough, the Taurat as it stands today stated that Jews cannot lend to a fellow Jew on Interest but can lend to a gentile on interest. The Quran reserved a great condemnation for the act of Dhulm which occurs when the Word of Allah is changed and a lie is told against Allah. “Who commits greater act of Dhulm (injustice) than he who tells a lie against Allah or rejects His Signs? But verily the wrongdoers never shall prosper.” (Suratul Al-An’am, 6:21)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. reported that the Prophet sallalahu alayhi wasalam said : A time will certainly come over the people when none will remain who will not devour usury. If he does not devour it, its vapour will overtake him. [Ahmed,Abu Dawood,Nisai,Ibn Majah] Subhanallah I'm afraid this time is now.

Ok, the bottom line I’m trying to put across here is that because of dealing with riba, we are tied in this paper global economy with the rest of them. A strong Muslim country cannot exist dealing with paper money. Because of it’s nature, it is prone to manipulation by the countries with the most power. "O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people."(5:51) Not only have we taken them as friends, they are our masters controlling the global finances and thus controlling us.

Africa is a prime example of how bad it can get. The richest continent on earth is inhabited with starving people. How is it that the poorest countries in resources are dominating the rich? The colonialists left Africa saying the countries were independent. After establishing their currencies, how could African ever be independent again? Every aid so readily given, most recently in the g20 summit, about 200 billion or so is a loan. One that the Africans will soon have to pay back with money or their resources plundered. Such is the world of Riba. The Middle East is enormously fortunate to control a substantial resource of oil that the so called developed world rely on, otherwise they may just as well be a second Africa. This is not ruling out the direct and the indirect control the West has in the Middle East.

Another thing we Muslims are at fault with is that we fight and bicker amongst ourselves. We divide ourselves uncontrollably. There is one solution. If we believe in Allah and the Messenger and call ourselves Muslim, the only thing we need is the Quran and Sunnah. If we are in a Muslim community, why can’t we live in peace, pray together and interact without calling one this sect or that movement? The Prophet Muhammad Mustafa sallalahu alayhi wasalam had said: This Ummah will split into seventy three parties, all of which will go to Hell - except for one party: the one which will follow the same path as what I and my companions are following today. [Authentic; recorded by Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidthi, and others].

What a loss we had losing the greatest man of our time, understandably we can not be as strong without him but is this Ummah even trying?
I was astonished myself when I moved into my current neighbourhood where you could enter a mosque for Jumuah and even if by a miracle the Prophet salallahu alayhi wasalam came back to life and was in that masjid he wouldn’t have understood what they were saying. There are mosques for different ethnicities, not even with a translation for the khutbah in English or even Arabic. Nationalism, ethnicity are for our diversity and not to be barriers. Islam unites so it is an utter paradox to have a masjid excluding others.

"O Mankind, We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know each other. Verily the most honored of you in the sight of God is he who is the most righteous of you" (Quran 49:13).
These are but a few ways we have left the Sunnah and Quran and are stuck in the lizard hole. Celebrating unIslamic holidays, attempting to incorporate kufr fashion into our dress, making nasheeds that have no difference with secular music and modernising this way of life. The way of life of our father Ibrahim had never needed any modernisation until this past century. Is this really progress?
We need to realise that Islam is the truth and is too dignified to be incorporated with something else. The authentic Islam is purity and sticking with the Guidance given to us.

It is no wonder that we are in trouble. We as Muslims say Allahu Akbar with every motion is prayers but nowhere in this beautiful world of Allah's is there a land where Allah is recognised as al-Akbar. The Muslim states are so friendly with the Kafirun that they are proud members of the United Nations. Did they not read the Charter?

Article 24 states that its Members confer on the Security Council primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security. It consists of nations whose foundations are on Kufr and we follow so readily into the lizard hole. Again Allah had told us:O Ye who believe! Choose not for guardians such of those who received the Scripture before you, and of the disbelievers, as make a jest and sport of your religion. But keep your duty to Allah if ye are true believers.(5:57) The previous ayat that told us they are friends of one another could not be emphasised enough. The UN is supposedly trying to maintain world peace but since it's inception around the same time as the birth of the racist state Israel, all it has done is vetoe the Arab voice. No one could act against the injustices of Israel. Maybe this was it's intended purpose. If the UN or League of Nations had never existed, Palestine and the Holy Land would never be under Britain as a mandate and Israel could never have the chance of being created.

Again we did not listen.

Never in history had a country had the right to interfere in the domestic issues of another as after the inception of the concept of the League of Nations and UN.

We have been enslaved financially, politically, socially and what remains now is the empty shell of Islam. It can no longer be practiced as a pure way of life as it was intended to. This is why there are attempts to create this Muslim village. Would you leave your comfortable lives to a life without luxury but only the basics needed for an Islamic substinence farming community? To rid your lived with this modern world? Inshallah I'm looking forward to the Project!

InshAllah May Allah shower his Guidance and Noor to all of us. For those who love this life, this dunia, Islam will be the hardest task, but forget this world. What’s the point of a house when we are but travellers? We can die tomorrow, tonight or in the next hour. What will we answer to Him?

Assalamu alaykum,

I haven’t been online much thanks to my finals, and now the last exam is finally over, I’m just more than elated! The real world beckons with an ominous background dash of DRUM ROLL…uncertainty. It's just surreal.

I always rant about exams…really they do not correctly ascertain whether someone will be a good lawyer for example. During all my exams, what sticks out is the things I just read as I was panting down the hallway with my can of red bull. It’s the art of cramming isn’t it. With all the hate I have for exams, I’m still yet to think of a substitute for it…man do I hate it!

But AlhamdulIllah they’re over and I’m not planning on seeing the insides of an exam room in a loooong while. In the three years of university what I learnt was mostly things about life, little to do with the books.

What is your spirituality?

Do you have spiritual oriented life?

This Jumuah, I want to especially post on this subject. Every Jumu'aah is our 'eid. We should be praising Allah, making dua for the Prophet Muhammad sallalahualayhi wasalam. Recently,I’ve been really looking into this aspect of a connection with the inner person. Knowing your spirit makes you make your salah (prayers) with deep concentration, so deep you don’t notice your surroundings. I went for a talk on salah a few days ago and have been trying to follow the pointers. When I used to pray when I was much much younger it was not regular, when I did, I wasn’t very into it…and would be tarik-us salah (someone who starts and stops starts and stops…very irregular) . I guess I never believed with my soul about the truth of Islam and I never feared Allah Ta’allah at all. Asthagfirullah, May Allah forgive me.

However, I’m much better Alhamdulillah and there is a big big BIG difference now. I’m trying to develop Ihsaan(praying to Allah as if you’re seeing him even if you’re not because surely He sees you.) Inshallah, I pray for more and more Ihsaan. Concentration is a must, you’re standing before your Lord and the way we stand is the way we’ll be standing in the Day of Judgement. The prayer for me has become so much more intense now because I try to think of nothing else but serving my Lord. It’s almost like meditation, very cathartic. I would love to know any new pointers on how you concentrate in salah or enhance your ihsaan.

Ok, about spirituality,
Does your spirit’s needs control your body or does your body’s desires control your spirit?
Do we know what our spirit needs?

Only Allah who created us out of a drop of sperm knows the manifestation we will be in in the next life. Right now we are the soul covered by the body. Do we serve the body, the ever ageing body? Or do we serve the soul, the essence of us that will never perish?

In this life, we see the richest most powerful person unhappy. Serving the body’s desires tirelessly attempting to fill the void. And yet the poor living under a thatched roof, with only the praise of their Lord on their tongues may be as content as can be.

Tuning our lives to feed the spirit may answer the personal unhappiness we may face.
We have three ways we perceive reality;

the five senses, the intellect and internal illumination. We have to acknowledge these three. The scientists and the logical society that only sees with the physical may argue but it would be detrimental to ourselves living our lives and neglecting this part.

The Quran says we have internal senses. For example in the Chapter named Hajj, Allah Taa’ah addressed a people who are internally dead and He says: “Will they not travel through the earth so that perchance the dead heart may come alive”. By seeing the signs of Allah, the seas, the deserts, the delicate ecosystems, the intricate creations of Allah, the dead heart may come alive. And this is my personal opinion that people today are enslaved in the metal cages of the proudly cosmopolitan cities toiling for paper that someone said was worth something and that has a big part to play in a detachment from religion or spirituality in comparison to living from the sustenance, seeing where the pre-packaged food comes from, growing your sustenance and thanking the Almighty for His Mercy. Allah continues, “ and when the dead heart comes alive, then the heart can understand what the intellect and reason could never understand. When the heart comes alive, the heart can hear what otherwise could not be heard. Truly it is not these eyes that are blind, what is blind is the heart.”
What is the price that we pay if we are internally blind?
Allah declares that huge numbers of people are condemned for the Hell-fire. He says: “ They have eyes but they cannot see, they have ears but they cannot hear, they have hearts but they cannot understand." People who are internally blind are people who in the age of Dajjal (the AntiChrist) are destined for the Hell-fire.
How does Allah describe such a people?
He says, “they are just like cattle, rather they are more misguided than cattle. These are the ones who are truly heedless” They are heedless of the Signs of Allah.

Spirituality is the path that the heart comes alive. It can see, hear and understand what rationality can never penetrate. Allah Taalah sent down the Chapter of the Cave (18)(Suratul Kahf) and the Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings on him identified this chapter out of the whole Quran which protects from Dajjal. Recite the first 10 verses over Dajjal and he will not be able to harm you. He also said that our heart cannot see unless there is noor(light). Our light originates from Allah. He encompasses the totality of the Light of the heaven and of the earth.When we recite the Chapter of the Cave on a Friday, we receive Noor to stay with us until the next Friday. So this Friday, let's do this to recieve more guidance from Allah. It's not just to read but we must also understand it, the meaning.

Imam Ahmad recorded from Abu Ad-Darda' that the Prophet said:

«مَنْ حَفِظَ عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ مِنْ أَوَّلِ سُورَةِ الْكَهْفِ عُصِمَ مِنَ الدَّجَّال»

(Whoever memorizes ten Ayat from the beginning of Surat Al-Kahf will be protected from the Dajjal.) This was also recorded by Muslim, Abu Dawud, An-Nasa'i and At-Tirmidhi.
So the following are the first ten verses:

Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim

﴿الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِى أَنْزَلَ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ الْكِتَـبَ وَلَمْ يَجْعَل لَّهُ عِوَجَا –1

قَيِّماً لِّيُنْذِرَ بَأْسًا شَدِيدًا مِّن لَّدُنْهُ وَيُبَشِّرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ الصَّـلِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًا حَسَنًا2

مَّاكِثِينَ فِيهِ أَبَدًا –3

وَيُنْذِرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ اتَّخَذَ اللَّهُ وَلَدًا –4

مَّا لَهُمْ بِهِ مِنْ عِلْمٍ وَلاَ لاَبَآئِهِمْ كَبُرَتْ كَلِمَةً تَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ إِن يَقُولُونَ إِلاَّ كَذِبًا ﴾5

(1. All praise is due to Allah, Who has sent down to His servant the Book, and has not placed therein any crookedness.)
(2. (He has made it) straight to give warning of a severe punishment from Him, and to give good news to the believers, who do righteous deeds, that they shall have a fair reward.)
(3. They shall abide therein forever.)
(4. And to warn those who say, "Allah has begotten a child.'')
(5. No knowledge have they of such a thing, nor had their fathers. Mighty is the word that comes out of their mouths. They utter nothing but a lie.)

﴿فَلَعَلَّكَ بَـخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ عَلَى ءَاثَـرِهِمْ إِن لَّمْ يُؤْمِنُواْ بِهَـذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَسَفاً –6

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا مَا عَلَى الاٌّرْضِ زِينَةً لَّهَا لِنَبْلُوَهُمْ أَيُّهُم أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً -7

وَإِنَّا لَجَاعِلُونَ مَا عَلَيْهَا صَعِيداً جُرُزاً ﴾-8

6. Perhaps, you would kill yourself in grief, over their footsteps, because they believe not in this narration.)
(7. Verily, we have made that which is on earth an adornment for it, in order that We may test which of them are best in deeds.)
(8. And verily, We shall make all that is on it bare, dry soil.)

أَمْ حَسِبْتَ أَنَّ أَصْحَـبَ الْكَهْفِ وَالرَّقِيمِ كَانُواْ مِنْ ءَايَـتِنَا عَجَبًا –9

إِذْ أَوَى الْفِتْيَةُ إِلَى الْكَهْفِ فَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّىءْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا –10

(9. Do you think that the people of Al-Kahf and Ar-Raqim were a wonder among Our signs)

10. When the young men fled for refuge to Al-Kahf. They said: "Our Lord! Bestow on us mercy from Yourself, and facilitate for us our affair in the right way!'')

And now the last 10:

﴿وَعَرَضْنَا جَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْكَـفِرِينَ عَرْضاً – 100

الَّذِينَ كَانَتْ أَعْيُنُهُمْ فِى غِطَآءٍ عَن ذِكْرِى وَكَانُواْ لاَ يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَمْعاً –101

أَفَحَسِبَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ أَن يَتَّخِذُواْ عِبَادِى مِن دُونِى أَوْلِيَآءَ إِنَّآ أَعْتَدْنَا جَهَنَّمَ لِلْكَـفِرِينَ نُزُلاً ﴾102

(100. And on that Day We shall present Hell to the disbelievers, plain to view.)
(101. (To) those whose eyes had been under a covering from My Reminder, and they could not bear to hear (it).)

(102. Do then those who disbelieved think that they can take My servants as Awliya' ﴿protectors﴾ besides Me Verily, We have prepared Hell as an entertainment for the disbelievers.)

قُلْ هَلْ نُنَبِّئُكُم بِالاٌّخْسَرِينَ أَعْمَـلاً –103

الَّذِينَ ضَلَّ سَعْيُهُمْ فِى الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُمْ يُحْسِنُونَ صُنْعًا -104

أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِـَايَـتِ رَبِّهِمْ وَلِقَائِهِ فَحَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ فَلاَ نُقِيمُ لَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَـمَةِ وَزْناً –105

ذَلِكَ جَزَآؤُهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ بِمَا كَفَرُواْ وَاتَّخَذُواْ ءَايَـتِى وَرُسُلِى هُزُواً ﴾106

(103. Say: "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds'')
(104. "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds.'')
(105. "They are those who deny the Ayat of their Lord and the meeting with Him. So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall assign no weight for them.'')
(106. "That shall be their recompense, Hell; because they disbelieved and took My Ayat and My Messengers for jest.'')

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّـلِحَاتِ كَانَتْ لَهُمْ جَنَّـتُ الْفِرْدَوْسِ نُزُلاً –107

This is a response to a comment I got and need to get this clear!

Anti semitism. That term gets thrown a lot quite a lot and I want to know what it is. It seems to me that one cannot criticise a group because of the fear of this label. Why is it that this group is supreme and above any questioning?

A lot of this stems from the guilt remnants from the holocaust, that is why such a term is so strong that it silences many. A silencer, yes, that’s what it is.

How can I be anti Semitic when I am Muslim? In Islam you’ve got to love the Prophets, a lot of them being Jews! Jacob (Yaqub), Job (Ayub), Jethro (Shuaib), Moses (Musa), Aaron (Harun), David (Daud), Solomon(Suleiman), Elijah(Ilyas), Elisha(Al-Yasa), Jonah(Yunus), Zechariah(Zakariya), John the Baptist (Yahya)and Jesus(Isa) ALL JEWS.

This is one of the major reasons why this new “Swine” flu is so special. In an age like this age when what the mainstream news becomes fact for most people, further research seems like time wasted, or maybe time not had. Many people working long hours probably don’t have time to bother with finding out how someone is shaping their thoughts for them. Haven’t you noticed how these repeaters, I mean reporters all have the same story…everyday, they have the same repetition of events. They all have pretty much the same stories! Do you know why? This is most certainly NOT because this world is so small that the news is limited.

Just think about the different countries in this world and they decide for instance today we focus on one particular event in one particular country. This is most certainly not because there is no other bombings occurring. Why is it with so many troops out there they do not have detailed coverage, regularity of what exactly the troops are doing? Which Afghani school they built, or bombed…which Iraqi family they freed, or killed…why is there nothing on Obomba’s repeated bombing of Pakistan as I type this, and if his bombing of villages justifies the threat they claim, which I can’t get myself to buy.

Gaza is still an issue and they ignore it, discard it like it never happened. The Palestinians cannot even rebuild their homes because Israel is not permitting building materials, there is demolition of Eastern Jerusalem houses which is dashing the hopes of a 2 STATE SOLUTION that the Israelis claim to be peacefully working towards, there is continuous drilling underground to destabilise Masjudul Aqsa to make way for their Temple when it collapses, There is little water, food while they are locked up in Gaza. Their orchards were just cut down a few days ago... BUT ITS NOT FIT FOR CUTTING EDGE NEWS! The BBC can run a story about seahorses. Palestinians are the most endangered trust me. Why are the injustices by non-Muslim countries overlooked? Human Rights in North Korea….which by the frikking way is communist…which I thought was the axis of evil a few decades ago. MISCONCEPTIONS BY MEDIA

Although Arabs have lived for centuries in thriving metropolitan centers such as Rabat, Algiers, Alexandria, Cairo, Damascus, Jerusalem, Beirut, Mecca (Makkah) and Baghdad, and have built complex, civilized societies across the Arab world, as well as in Europe's Iberian Peninsula, many Westerners have been persuaded to believe that Arabs are typically uncultured normads who live in desert tents.
OPEC - the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries - as synonymous with Arabs and the Arab world, and while the media routinely blames Arabs whenever OPEC decides to raise oil prices, in fact six of the 13 OPEC member states are not Arab.
Television and motion pictures often depict Arabs and Muslims, uniquely, as religious bigots, lacking any tolerance for the religious sensibilities of others. In fact, for much of history, Islam has been more tolerant of Christianity (and of Judaism) than vice versa. Moreover, it was Jewish Zionists who established Israel, in the "promised land" of Palestine, as a state exclusively for the "chosen people."
While the Arabic Word "Allah" is often invoked in American films in a way designed to evoke derision and cynicism, conjuring an image of some weird pagan deity, in fact "Allah" is simply the Arabic word for God. In interviews with American television executives, Dr. Shaheen pressed for an explanation for the hypocrisy and lack of decency and self-restraint in this pattern of Arab stereotyping on TV. Many of those questioned, he reports, were "embarrassed," and reluctantly acknowledged the widespread disparagement of Arabs, without, however, explaining the reasons for such prejudiced imagery.

Donn O'Brien, CBS vice president of broadcast standards, sheepishly admitted to Shaheen that he had never seen a "good Arab" on American television, and that Arabs are routinely presented as covetous desert rulers or as warmongers. "Arabs are rarely portrayed as good guys," acknowledged Frank Glicksman, a Jewish-American TV producer in Los Angeles. "I've never seen them portrayed as anything but heavies in melodrama. That, I feel, is unfair." Another Hollywood television producer, Don Brinkley, conceded: "The depiction of the Arab on television is generally horrendous." And George Watson, vice president of ABC News, admitted: "Arabs have not been seen to be as real, as close, or as tangible, either as individuals or as a group, as the Israelis

Not all television executives were as forthcoming, however. Jewish television producer Meta Rosenberg, for example, bluntly responded to Shaheen's inquiry by saying that she did not care about the Arabs, and considered the Arab-American community - which now numbers well over three million - to be "insignificant."

WHY?

The Prophet said, "Near the establishment of the Hour there will be days during which Religious ignorance will spread, knowledge will be taken away (vanish) and there will be much Al-Harj, and Al-Harj means killing."

How could one develop a flu that would kill one population and not kill another population, assuming the flu could cross borders without any trouble?

It might not be very hard to do....

1.Manufacture two very similar variations on the same basic flu such that one is more lethal than the other while an immunity to one provides and immunity to the other.

2.Release the more deadly version in the targeted area and the less deadly version in the area you wish to protect.

3.Make sure to release both versions simultaneously.

By the time the lethal version reaches the protected area, the less lethal version would have already spread amongst the protected population. The protected population will have developed an immunity to the deadly version just before the deadly version arrives. With many muslims thinking that Dajjal will have one eye literally, Shaykh Imran Hosein gave a thought provoking alternative interpretation of the hadith. There are two ways we perceive reality. With our obvious senses; taste, touch, smell and see. We see with our physical eye. But we do not see all, it has limits. There are other dimensions to reality as can be explained with intuition, that gut feeling. We see also with an internal eye. The heart. The heart carries your faith, carries the truth and your essence. So we can see that the Dajjal system has veiled the internal eye and serves us the materialism and shallow physical reality. It shields us from the most powerful vision we could even imagine we had. The spiritual life has been abandoned and thus our internal eye is being blinded.

Dajjal, the person may not have one eye literally, as Shaykh Hosein explains but he will be the epitome of materialism.

So it was quite frightening when I was flicking the channels on Tv and happened to see the BAFTAs, otherwise known as UK media giving themselves a pat on their back for deluding the population with their miseducation. Throughout the whole event, no mention of PALESTINE, Gaza…it brought tears to my eyes even though I knew BBC was Zionist as was shown when they refused to show an advertisement for charity for the children of Gaza and something else came to light a top BBC person has regular meetings with Israel’s Prime Minister. Subhanallah. They are so DISGUSTING in their decision not only to ignore Palestine, but to side with the murderers.

The Tower of Basel: Secretive Plans for the Issuing of a Global Currency
Do we really want the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) issuing our global currency

In an April 7 article in The London Telegraph titled “The G20 Moves the World a Step Closer to
a Global Currency,” Ambrose Evans-Pritchard wrote:

“A single clause in Point 19 of the communiqué issued by the G20 leaders amounts to revolution in the global financial order.

“‘We have agreed to support a general SDR allocation which will inject $250bn (£170bn) into the world economy and increase global liquidity,’ it said. SDRs are Special Drawing Rights, a synthetic paper currency issued by the International Monetary Fund that has lain dormant for half a century.

“In effect, the G20 leaders have activated the IMF’s power to create money and begin global ‘quantitative easing’. In doing so, they are putting a de facto world currency into play. It is outside the control of any sovereign body.

The article is subtitled, “The world is a step closer to a global currency, backed by a global central bank, running monetary policy for all humanity.” Which naturally raises the question, who or what will serve as this global central bank, cloaked with the power to issue the global currency and police monetary policy for all humanity? When the world’s central bankers met in Washington last September, they discussed what body might be in a position to serve in that awesome and fearful role. A former governor of the Bank of England stated:

“[T]he answer might already be staring us in the face, in the form of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS). . . . The IMF tends to couch its warnings about economic problems in very diplomatic language, but the BIS is more independent and much better placed to deal with this if it is given the power to do so.”1

And if the vision of a global currency outside government control does not set off conspiracy theorists, putting the BIS in charge of it surely will. The BIS has been scandal-ridden ever since it was branded with pro-Nazi leanings in the 1930s. Founded in Basel, Switzerland, in 1930, the BIS has been called “the most exclusive, secretive, and powerful supranational club in the world.” Charles Higham wrote in his book Trading with the Enemy that by the late 1930s, the BIS had assumed an openly pro-Nazi bias, a theme that was expanded on in a BBC Timewatch film titled “Banking with Hitler” broadcast in 1998.2 In 1944, the American government backed a resolution at the Bretton-Woods Conference calling for the liquidation of the BIS, following Czech accusations that it was laundering gold stolen by the Nazis from occupied Europe; but the central bankers succeeded in quietly snuffing out the American resolution.3

Modest beginnings, BIS Office, Hotel Savoy-Univers, Basel First Annual General Meeting, 1931In Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time (1966), Dr. Carroll Quigley revealed the key role played in global finance by the BIS behind the scenes. Dr. Quigley was Professor of History at Georgetown University, where he was President Bill Clinton’s mentor. He was also an insider, groomed by the powerful clique he called “the international bankers.” His credibility is heightened by the fact that he actually espoused their goals. He wrote:

“I know of the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, in the early 1960's, to examine its papers and secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims and have, for much of my life, been close to it and to many of its instruments. . . . [I]n general my chief difference of opinion is that it wishes to remain unknown, and I believe its role in history is significant enough to be known.”

Quigley wrote of this international banking network:

“[T]he powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world’s central banks which were themselves private corporations.”

The key to their success, said Quigley, was that the international bankers would control and manipulate the money system of a nation while letting it appear to be controlled by the government. The statement echoed one made in the eighteenth century by the patriarch of what would become the most powerful banking dynasty in the world. Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild famously said in 1791:

“Allow me to issue and control a nation’s currency, and I care not who makes its laws.”

Mayer’s five sons were sent to the major capitals of Europe – London, Paris, Vienna, Berlin and Naples – with the mission of establishing a banking system that would be outside government control. The economic and political systems of nations would be controlled not by citizens but by bankers, for the benefit of bankers. Eventually, a privately-owned “central bank” was established in nearly every country; and this central banking system has now gained control over the economies of the world. Central banks have the authority to print money in their respective countries, and it is from these banks that governments must borrow money to pay their debts and fund their operations. The result is a global economy in which not only industry but government itself runs on “credit” (or debt) created by a banking monopoly headed by a network of private central banks; and at the top of this network is the BIS, the “central bank of central banks” in Basel.
Behind the Curtain

For many years the BIS kept a very low profile, operating behind the scenes in an abandoned hotel. It was here that decisions were reached to devalue or defend currencies, fix the price of gold, regulate offshore banking, and raise or lower short-term interest rates. In 1977, however, the BIS gave up its anonymity in exchange for more efficient headquarters. The new building has been described as “an eighteen story-high circular skyscraper that rises above the medieval city like some misplaced nuclear reactor.” It quickly became known as the “Tower of Basel.” Today the BIS has governmental immunity, pays no taxes, and has its own private police force.4 It is, as Mayer Rothschild envisioned, above the law.

The BIS is now composed of 55 member nations, but the club that meets regularly in Basel is a much smaller group; and even within it, there is a hierarchy. In a 1983 article in Harper’s Magazine called “Ruling the World of Money,” Edward Jay Epstein wrote that where the real business gets done is in “a sort of inner club made up of the half dozen or so powerful central bankers who find themselves more or less in the same monetary boat” – those from Germany, the United States, Switzerland, Italy, Japan and England. Epstein said:

“The prime value, which also seems to demarcate the inner club from the rest of the BIS members, is the firm belief that central banks should act independently of their home governments. . . . A second and closely related belief of the inner club is that politicians should not be trusted to decide the fate of the international monetary system.”

In 1974, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision was created by the central bank Governors of the Group of Ten nations (now expanded to twenty). The BIS provides the twelve-member Secretariat for the Committee. The Committee, in turn, sets the rules for banking globally, including capital requirements and reserve controls. In a 2003 article titled “The Bank for International Settlements Calls for Global Currency,” Joan Veon wrote:

“The BIS is where all of the world’s central banks meet to analyze the global economy and determine what course of action they will take next to put more money in their pockets, since they control the amount of money in circulation and how much interest they are going to charge governments and banks for borrowing from them. . . .

“When you understand that the BIS pulls the strings of the world’s monetary system, you then understand that they have the ability to create a financial boom or bust in a country. If that country is not doing what the money lenders want, then all they have to do is sell its currency.”5

The Controversial Basel Accords

The power of the BIS to make or break economies was demonstrated in 1988, when it issued a Basel Accord raising bank capital requirements from 6% to 8%. By then, Japan had emerged as the world’s largest creditor; but Japan’s banks were less well capitalized than other major international banks. Raising the capital requirement forced them to cut back on lending, creating a recession in Japan like that suffered in the U.S. today. Property prices fell and loans went into default as the security for them shriveled up. A downward spiral followed, ending with the total bankruptcy of the banks. The banks had to be nationalized, although that word was not used in order to avoid criticism.6

Among other collateral damage produced by the Basel Accords was a spate of suicides among Indian farmers unable to get loans. The BIS capital adequacy standards required loans to private borrowers to be “risk-weighted,” with the degree of risk determined by private rating agencies; and farmers and small business owners could not afford the agencies’ fees. Banks therefore assigned 100 percent risk to the loans, and then resisted extending credit to these “high-risk” borrowers because more capital was required to cover the loans. When the conscience of the nation was aroused by the Indian suicides, the government, lamenting the neglect of farmers by commercial banks, established a policy of ending the “financial exclusion” of the weak; but this step had little real effect on lending practices, due largely to the strictures imposed by the BIS from abroad.7

Similar complaints have come from Korea. An article in the December 12, 2008 Korea Times titled “BIS Calls Trigger Vicious Cycle” described how Korean entrepreneurs with good collateral cannot get operational loans from Korean banks, at a time when the economic downturn requires increased investment and easier credit:

“‘The Bank of Korea has provided more than 35 trillion won to banks since September when the global financial crisis went full throttle,’ said a Seoul analyst, who declined to be named. ‘But the effect is not seen at all with the banks keeping the liquidity in their safes. They simply don’t lend and one of the biggest reasons is to keep the BIS ratio high enough to survive,’ he said. . . .

“Chang Ha-joon, an economics professor at Cambridge University, concurs with the analyst. ‘What banks do for their own interests, or to improve the BIS ratio, is against the interests of the whole society. This is a bad idea,’ Chang said in a recent telephone interview with Korea Times.”

In a May 2002 article in The Asia Times titled “Global Economy: The BIS vs. National Banks,” economist Henry C K Liu observed that the Basel Accords have forced national banking systems “to march to the same tune, designed to serve the needs of highly sophisticated global financial markets, regardless of the developmental needs of their national economies.” He wrote:

“[N]ational banking systems are suddenly thrown into the rigid arms of the Basel Capital Accord sponsored by the Bank of International Settlement (BIS), or to face the penalty of usurious risk premium in securing international interbank loans. . . . National policies suddenly are subjected to profit incentives of private financial institutions, all members of a hierarchical system controlled and directed from the money center banks in New York. The result is to force national banking systems to privatize . . . .

“BIS regulations serve only the single purpose of strengthening the international private banking system, even at the peril of national economies. . . . The IMF and the international banks regulated by the BIS are a team: the international banks lend recklessly to borrowers in emerging economies to create a foreign currency debt crisis, the IMF arrives as a carrier of monetary virus in the name of sound monetary policy, then the international banks come as vulture investors in the name of financial rescue to acquire national banks deemed capital inadequate and insolvent by the BIS.”

Ironically, noted Liu, developing countries with their own natural resources did not actually need the foreign investment that trapped them in debt to outsiders:

“Applying the State Theory of Money [which assumes that a sovereign nation has the power to issue its own money], any government can fund with its own currency all its domestic developmental needs to maintain full employment without inflation.”

When governments fall into the trap of accepting loans in foreign currencies, however, they become “debtor nations” subject to IMF and BIS regulation. They are forced to divert their production to exports, just to earn the foreign currency necessary to pay the interest on their loans. National banks deemed “capital inadequate” have to deal with strictures comparable to the “conditionalities” imposed by the IMF on debtor nations: “escalating capital requirement, loan writeoffs and liquidation, and restructuring through selloffs, layoffs, downsizing, cost-cutting and freeze on capital spending.” Liu wrote:

“Reversing the logic that a sound banking system should lead to full employment and developmental growth, BIS regulations demand high unemployment and developmental degradation in national economies as the fair price for a sound global private banking system.”

The Last Domino to Fall

While banks in developing nations were being penalized for falling short of the BIS capital requirements, large international banks managed to escape the rules, although they actually carried enormous risk because of their derivative exposure. The mega-banks succeeded in avoiding the Basel rules by separating the “risk” of default out from the loans and selling it off to investors, using a form of derivative known as “credit default swaps.”

When they managed to sidestep the first Basel Accord, a second set of rules was imposed known as Basel II. The new rules were established in 2004, but they were not levied on U.S. banks until November 2007, the month after the Dow passed 14,000 to reach its all-time high. It has been all downhill from there. Basel II had the same effect on U.S. banks that Basel I had on Japanese banks: they have been struggling ever since to survive.8

Basel II requires banks to adjust the value of their marketable securities to the “market price” of the security, a rule called “mark to market.”9 The rule has theoretical merit, but the problem is timing: it was imposed ex post facto, after the banks already had the hard-to-market assets on their books. Lenders that had been considered sufficiently well capitalized to make new loans suddenly found they were insolvent. At least, they would have been insolvent if they had tried to sell their assets, an assumption required by the new rule. Financial analyst John Berlau complained:

“The crisis is often called a ‘market failure,’ and the term ‘mark-to-market’ seems to reinforce that. But the mark-to-market rules are profoundly anti-market and hinder the free-market function of price discovery. . . . In this case, the accounting rules fail to allow the market players to hold on to an asset if they don’t like what the market is currently fetching, an important market action that affects price discovery in areas from agriculture to antiques.”10

Imposing the mark-to-market rule on U.S. banks caused an instant credit freeze, which proceeded to take down the economies not only of the U.S. but of countries worldwide. In early April 2009, the mark-to-market rule was finally softened by the U.S. Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB); but critics said the modification did not go far enough, and it was done in response to pressure from politicians and bankers, not out of any fundamental change of heart or policies by the BIS.

And that is where the conspiracy theorists come in. Why did the BIS not retract or at least modify Basel II after seeing the devastation it had caused? Why did it sit idly by as the global economy came crashing down? Was the goal to create so much economic havoc that the world would rush with relief into the waiting arms of the BIS with its privately-created global currency? The plot thickens . . . .

Global currency...the BIS...Rothschild control...and where does that lead?...Israel.

The Rothschilds claim that they are Jewish, when in fact they are Khazars. They are from a country called Khazaria, which occupied the land locked between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea which is now predominantly occupied by Georgia. The reason the Rothschilds claim to be Jewish is that the Khazars under the instruction of the King, converted to the Jewish faith in 740 A.D., but of course that did not include converting their Asiatic Mongolian genes to the genes of the Jewish people....

1743: Mayer Amschel Bauer, born Frankfurt, Germany, the son of Moses Amschel Bauer, a money lender and the proprietor of a counting house. Over the entrance door he places a red sign.
This sign is a six pointed star (which geometrically and numerically translates into the number 666) which under Rothschild instruction will end up on the Israeli flag some two centuries later.

1838: Amschel Mayer Rothschild states, “Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws."

1895: Edmond James de Rothschild the youngest son of Jacob (James) Mayer Rothschild visits Palestine and subsequently supplies the funds to found the first Jewish colonies there, this is to further their long term objective of creating a Rothschild formed country.

1897: The Rothschilds found the Zionist Congress and arrange its first meeting in Munich. However due to local Jewish opposition this is re-arranged for Basle, Switzerland and takes place on 29 August.
The meeting is chaired by Theodor Herzl. Herzl is subsequently elected President of the Zionist Organisation which adopts the, “Rothschild Red Sign,” as the Zionist flag which 51 years later will end up as the flag of Israel.

1913: The Rothschilds set up the Anti Defamation League (ADL) in the United States designed to brand as, “anti-Semitic,” anyone who questions or challenges the Global Elite.
Strangely enough, the same year that they do this they also set up their last and current central bank in America, the Federal Reserve. Congressman Charles Lindbergh stated following the passing of the Federal Reserve Act on December 23,
“The Act establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the President signs this Bill, the invisible government of the monetary power will be legalized.......The greatest crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill.”

1914: The Rothschilds have control of the three European news agencies, Wolff (est. 1849) in Germany, Reuters (est. 1851) in England, and Havas (est. 1835) in France.
The Rothschilds use Wolff to manipulate the German people into a fervour for war. From now on the Rothschilds are rarely reported in the media, because they own the media.

1919: Following the end of the first world war, the Versailles peace conference is held to decide reparations that the Germans need to pay to the victors. Also decided at this conference is the confirmation of Israel as a Jewish homeland, with the control of Palestine being given to Britain whilst this handover takes place.
At that time less than one percent of the population of Palestine was Jewish. The host of this conference is its boss, Baron Edmund de Rothschild.

1930: The first Rothschild world bank, the, "Bank for International Settlements (BIS)," is established in Basle, Switzerland. The same place as where 33 years earlier the first ever World Zionist Congress was held.

1934: Swiss banking secrecy laws are reformed and it becomes an offence resulting in imprisonment for any bank employee to violate bank secrecy. This is all in preparation for the Rothschild engineered Second World War in which as usual they will fund both sides.

1939: I.G. Farben the leading producer of chemicals in the world and largest German producer of steel dramatically increases its production. This increased production is almost exclusively used to arm Germany for the Second World War. This company was controlled by the Rothschilds and would go on to use Jews and other disaffected peoples as slave labour in the concentration camps.

1943: February 18th, Zionist, Izaak Greenbaum, head of the Jewish Agency Rescue Committee, in a speech to the Zionist Executive Council states,
“If I am asked, could you give from the UJA (United Jewish Appeal) monies to rescue Jews, I say, no and I say again no!”
He would go onto state,
“One cow in Palestine is worth more than all the Jews in Poland!”
This is not a surprise, the whole idea of Zionist support for the slaughter of innocent Jews was to scare the survivors into believing that their only place of safety was Israel. How else do you think the Zionists could ensure Jews leave the beautiful European cities in which they live, in order to settle in a desert!

1944: …In Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, two further Rothschild world banks are created. The International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the World Bank.

1948: In the Spring of this year, the Rothschilds bribe President Harry S. Truman (33rd President of the United States 1945 – 1953) to recognise Israel (Rothschild owned Zionist not Jewish territory) as a sovereign state with $2,000,000 which they give to him on his campaign train.
They then declare Israel to be a sovereign Jewish state in Palestine and within half an hour President Truman declared the United States to be the first foreign nation to recognise it.
The Flag of Israel is unveiled. Despite tremendous opposition the emblem on the flag is the Rothschild, “Red Sign/Star Of David,” which angers many Jews who believe the, “Menorah,” the oldest Jewish symbol should be used.
It is pointed out that the, ”Red Sign/Star of David,” used on the Jewish flag is not even a Jewish symbol, but of course as the Rothschild Zionists use it that is what ends up on the Rothschild, I mean Zionist, I mean Israeli flag.

1957: James de Rothschild dies and it is reported (by the Rothschild owned media) that he bequeaths a large sum of money to the state of Israel to pay for the construction of their parliament building, the Knesset. He states that the Knesset should be, “a symbol, in the eyes of all men, of the permanence of the State of Israel.”

1963: On June 4th President John F. Kennedy (the 35th President of the United States 1961 –

1963) signs Executive Order 11110 which returned to the U.S. government the power to issue currency, without going through the Rosthchilds owned Federal Reserve.
Less than 6 months later on November 22nd, president Kennedy is assassinated by the Rothschilds for the same reason as they assassinated President Abraham Lincoln in 1865, he wanted to print American money for the American people, as oppose to for the benefit of a money grabbing war mongering foreign elite. This Executive Order 11110, is rescinded by President Lyndon Baines Johnson (the 36th President of the United States 1963 to 1969) on Air Force One from Dallas to Washington, the same day as President Kennedy was assassinated.

1973: In his book, None Dare Call It Conspiracy, Gary Allen states,

HIJRAH & THE MODERN WORLD

As a kid, I was taught Islam from my partly secular parents and later went to madrasa. I was taught Islam, the basics. The fiqh, the tauheed and the basic tafseer of some surahs. Seerah was also included. I learnt this beautiful religion with the dryness of a desolate desert. How could it be possible to have deflate such a rich religion. I was taught it the way you teach children history in school.

But recently, Islam has been brought to life for me. How does Islam relate with this world?

I don't mean the modernisation of Islam, which deserves to be set aside as its own class or sect. Islam is digfnified and what Modernising Islam does is to emasculate it. The Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasalam said that at its inception, Islam started as a strange thing. Strange to those pagans in Arabia, and he said that one day Islam will return to that strangeness. Bushra lahum- glad tidings to the strange ones. When Muhammad sallallahu alayhum's Islam is compared to the extreme secularisation today is strange. Haven't you noticed that you can be different is all senses of the word; goth, indie, gay, pierced everywhere, dye your hair all colors of the rainbow...but to be a muslim, big problem, to wear hijab, big problem, niqab which is sunnah...BIGGER PROBLEM. So Islam is like a square peg forced into a round hole.

Muslims we have to stop assimilating, they hate it or love it. If you try adapt to their conditions: Firstly they won't respect you and secondly your Islam will weather away. Hold on to your Islam with a conviction. This is Islam and I am proud of it, every part of it. There are many controversial aspects to Islam that don't sit well with the west. And we can't appease them.

Muhammad sallallahu alayhim wasalam married Aisha and she was young, DEAL with it. He is OUR RASUL, the most respected man, for us muslims. Some Muslims even try and change the story add her age up, make weird fantasies, no she was 9. Yes Muslim men can marry 4 wives, and they will always have that right no matter how you disapprove. Our men don't look like women and our women don't look like men, the way nature meant it for us. Islam will never change, Muslims might change for you but the core Islam is like an untainted rock.

Today the muslims in the west, in my opinion are very similar to the muslims before hijrah, and the counter terrorist measures designed to single out the believers is the oppression the muslims faced in the beginning. They did one thing that we haven't: HIJRAH. How much more oppression can we stand?

Hijabis being discriminated against, men too scared to grow beards, people too scared to revert, indoctrination of our children from nursery, detention at airports, taken into custody without trial, they can take us, imprison us, send us to their torture dens, and you thought Gitmo was the only one out there! It was the only one made public!

Since the last Ottoman Empire, there has not been a Caliphate. Islam is like an ideology with no grounding. We need to be together as an Ummah, living together in this time of godlessness. If there is anyone to blame for our vulnerability, it is ourselves. We did not listen to what the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasalam said in his last sermon: I leave on you two things, to which if you hold on to them you will not go astray; the Quran and my sunnah. Having an Ameer, a main leader, a Caliph is sunnah. Without that we are like people living without any coverage from the elements and boy are these elements finishing us off.

So I was looking for a solution. Because you know the time of Dajjal to appear as a person is looming, for he has already appeared as the system. We are told to read Suratul Kahf every Jummuah as a repellant for this great fitna. But Why? Our Rasul sallallahu alayhi wasalam also stated that there will come a time when people will read Quran without internalising it, without acting on it. Today its just the pretty tajweed that we hear. Suratul Kahf has the answer to our problems.

It tells the story of the youths who ran away from their community to hide in the Cave because they believed in One God. They would have been persecuted if they had remained. So we are being told to flee. To make our hijrah. I am not an expert in Quran tafseer, or guidance because I need alot myself, but I know one who is. Imran Hosein is one of the few Islamic scholars who preaches and it goes into the heart, touches it. He relies on only the Quran and Sunnah. He has online books on the Gog and Magog (do you know who they are, do you still think they are hidden behind some wall? They broke out centuries ago) and more information on Suratul Kahf. He has taught me alot!!! He is beginning to pioneer projects for a muslim village, not many muslims would like this. There are no flashy cars, tall buildings, malls etc. Its about finding who you are as a human being. Our humanity is being sucked away by these concrete cages. Anyway you can research that yourselves: the muslim village. There are projects in Indonesia, Trinidad, South Africa where muslims can move in establish Islam with one Ameer and our own means of trade (without the rip off of paper money), sustenance farming and operqating our own sharia. May Allah bless this project and allow Muslims to establish our religion as a complete way of life and away from the kufr we currently live in. Ameen.

We are all humans and one thing I know is that human beings ABHOR I mean totally hate change. We are creatures of habit. I for one see it as a great challenge to move for the cause of Allah (hijrah).

You might ask : Why move? You can still be great muslims wherever you are, right? and many will click their way so far away from this blog and erase any memory of that scary word hijrah. Don't fret if you put all your trust in Allah. I know I know its haaard but isn't the road to Jannah hard, it ain't easy folks.

These are a couple of ayats and hadiths that ALOT of you in the West will hate to read. I'm just pointing them out and then figure out what I'll do about my own personal situation.

Surat an-Nisa:
Verily! As for those whom the Angels have taken (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory to them), they (angels) asked them, "In what condition were you?". They replied, "We were weak and oppressed on earth". The Angels asked, "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to migrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - what an evil destination! Except the weak ones among men, women and children who were unable to devise a plan, nor are they able to direct their way

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “I am not responsible for any Muslim who stays among polytheists. They asked: 'Why, Apostle of Allah? He said: ‘Their fires should not be visible to one another.’, and he (peace be upon him) said, “Who joins the polytheists and lives with them then he is like them” and he (peace be upon him) said: “Migration will not end until repentance ends, and repentance will not end until the sun rises in the west.”

0 you who believe! Do not take the Jews and the Christians as protectors, they are protectors of one another, whoever takes them as protectors is one of them

Then, in the words of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Whoever joins the,disbelievers and lives amongst them is one of them'

Say, 'If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your kinsmen, the wealth which you have acquired, the commerce in which you fear a decline, or the houses you love - if these are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger, and striving hard and fighting in His cause, then wait until Allah brings about His Decision (Torment). Allah does not guide those who are AI-Faasiqun
They will not stop fighting you until they turn you away from your religion, if they are able

and He says about the people of the Cave:

For if they come to know of you, they will stone you or turn you back to their religion, then you will never prosper

The Hijrah is a vitally important aspect of Islam; it is at once the guiding principle of alliance and dissociation and the supreme example of it. The Muslims could never have abandoned their homes and families, exposing themselves to the pain of separation and the hardship of migration if it had not been indispensable to the practice of their religion and the assertion of Islam in the land. Allah promised these emigrants a great reward in this world and the next, saying:
Those who left their homes for the sake of Allah after having suffered persecution shall be settled in comfort in this world but in the next is the greater reward if they but knew. Those who were steadfast and who upon their Lord totally depend.

Hijrah has a comprehensive meaning as understood in Islam. It is not simply just the act of moving from one place to another; from a non-Muslim country to a Muslim country. Ibn al-Qayyim explains that it is, in fact, an emigration of the body and the spirit. A physical movement from one place to another and a spiritual migration to Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him). It is this second migration which constitutes the real migration, as the body simply follows the soul. Thus, the meaning of moving from one thing to something else is that the heart moves from the love of something other than Allah to love of Allah; from servitude of something or other to the service and worship of Allah; from fear of something or other to hope in and reliance upon Allah. It is Allah Who is the object of one's hope and fear; prayers are addressed to Him; and He is the One before Whom one feels humility and awe. This is the meaning of flight which Allah mentions in the command: (So flee to Allah).

Because of the significance of the Hijrah, especially in the early days of Islam, Allah swt severed the ties of mutual support between the Muslims who migrated to Madinah and those who chose to remain in Makkah, saying:

Indeed those who believe and who migrated and who struggle in the Path of Allah with their wealth and their lives, and those who gave them shelter and who gave them help, these are allies of one another. But those who believe yet did not migrate have no part in this alliance until they too migrate. If they seek your assistance in faith you must help them except against a people with whom you have a treaty. Allah is well aware of what you do.

Migration from the lands of disbelievers to the lands of Muslims was mandatory in the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and it is still obligatory till the Day of Judgement. The obligation which the Prophet (peace be upon him) lifted after the conquest of Makkah was that of taking up residence near him. Whoever accepts Islam while living among those who are at war with Muslims must leave to make his home among the Muslims.

This is supported by the Hadith of Mujaashi' Ibn Mas'ud who said: "I took my brother to the Prophet after the Conquest of Makkah, and said, "0 Allah's Apostle! I have come to you with my brother so that you may take a pledge of allegiance from him for migration." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The people of migration (i.e. those who migrated to Madinah before the Conquest) enjoyed the privileges of migration (i.e. there is no need for migration anymore)." I said to the Prophet (peace be upon him), "For what will you take his pledge of allegiance?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "I will take his pledge of allegiance for Islam, Belief, and for Jihad”

There was no need for migration from Makkah to Madinah because the Muslims had now conquered both. So no point in moving from a muslim area to another. Only when in the country of disbelievers engaging in kufr, shirk and attacking us muslims do we need to act.

I am currently coming to terms with my own situation because I don't know if you guys feel it or anything, something is going to happen. The New World Order is too close for comfort, here in UK, the Police are really clamping it down on common people, I can't bear the waiting whilst the next false flag attempt to be blamed again on muslims resulting in more Islamophobia and probably the invasion of Iran. This is not the kind of place where I feel my Iman will prosper and grow, InshAllah may Allah give our hearts peace and tranquility in these trying times and May Allah Ta'alah show mercy on us because surely we have gone astray.

3. ANTI-CONSUMERISM & ANTI MATERIALISM

If we do believe this world is the only one. This is the only existence we will ever live. It ends in the grave. Cradle to decomposition is the legacy of mankind. If I were to swallow this, then life is short, pour me another shot. The hedonists would say live now, this is the time. But sadly, how can you live for the moment when its gone just like that. The minute you say “now”, it becomes “then”. So how can we live for now?

Shaykh Hamza Yusuf told the story of how he once heard loud rock and roll music coming from a farm and asked the farmer why he plays the music so loud. He said the pigs eat more with music so they get fatter and they can sell them. There is no time, you have to rush, buy, buy buy. The very advertising is an attack on your mind as well as your pockets.

The weekend comes and immediately people have free time, a whole free 2 days, the malls are crowded. There was a study on the effect of music in Malls, when you get into a shop it slows the time down and makes people forget how long they are in the store, grazing like cattle.

If ever we lived in a virtual prison, the time is now. We work for a meagre salary and then rush the first chance we get to hand the teller the cash as if our sweat is valued at nothing. I have been there before enter a shop and I won't even need the item but I buy. Someone who studied advertising will tell you that that was not mere chance. We are being conditioned on so many levels.

If there is no spirituality in the heart and no knowledge that there is other wealth other than physical wealth, we are permanent slaves. It means that our mission is basically to accumulate as much as possible before we perish. We will do anything to reach this mission even if it goes against any morals previously had.
It has served to detach us from who we truly are. We are not cattle, fed at their troughs, we have a deeper consciousness. A deeper reality that is constantly being torn away from us from our birth. We have attached value to the objects and not the inner beings. I will deal with this aspect in a future post Inshallah about the chakras.

Because there is fasaad, corruption of everything, we have little to remind us of our humanity. The images we are constantly being fed condition us that humans are brutish by nature and follow their whims, just like an animal. And that’s why Darwinism is so believable to the gullible.

The buy buy buy, spend spend spend, do do do as you see see see on tv tv tv obsession that has wreaked havoc in the west is fast spreading all over. The quicker the rest of the world follows in the global secularisation, the global melting pot, the eradication of traditions, values and cultures for the amalgamation into this fickle one, the quicker we befall the same illnesses from eating the same foods, manufactured illnesses that we never had before, pop out of some monkeys or from some acid rain somewhere. The obsession with assimilation and materialism that go hand in hand together has no place in Islam.

We forget our purpose and I shall remind you and myself:

"I have only created man and jinn but to worship me",

[Surah Adh-Dhariya].
Consider, the Sun rises in the east and sets in the west, the Earth orbits the Sun and not the other way round. Even within ourselves, our hearts beat in rhythm: all of which are following a law and rule, without any chaos.

This obsession with materialism is a form of oppression. If this is the only thing to do with our lives (accumulate) then surely that is a limit of enormous sorts. It is an oppression of our innate natures. There needs to be guidelines, rules to follow, without which the society as we see crumbles, men don’t even know what being a man is, women, the same. It is oppression because nothing else matters apart from acquiring worldly possession and esteem. The Kalimah: La illaha ila Llah liberates man from the oppression and tyranny of other men and the worship of other Gods, which includes obsession with materialism.

Again, Allah states in the Qur'an: "Whoever rejects false deities and believes in Allah, has grasped a firm branch that will never break".

This is yet another reason for the war on Islam because with the Truth can you be released. Most of the ahl-Kitab have already followed in the wave of materialism because their faiths have been invaded to such an extent the divine is practically gone from them. They have naught to believe in.

The sad part for those who forsake the next world for this one is that they will never be satisfied. Materialism never stops until you are reduced to poverty.

We have been programmed to think that religion is old fashioned and out dated (when really it is the cure) and to invest in the present and that the here after is an illusion. Dunya- illusionary element of the world, reaching out for grapes you can’t grasp, always evades you.

Shaytan makes us feel like akhira is so far away and the dunya is here and even when people fail to have the dunya, they resort to suicide.

Rasul sallalahu alayhi wasalam said that If the son of Adam had a mountain of gold, he would want a second one.
We are our souls put in a physical body, the body is the tool. Yet this world neglects the soul and focuses on the tool. Feeding it, beautifying it, using it to commit zina when in the end, it will be a witness against us.
People are preoccupied with ‘entertainment’ when the ship is sinking, we are not really being informed when we watch news, we are being sold for profit. When Paris Hilton is on CNN, you ask yourself if you really will know the truth if you rely on them to give it to you. When the truth is hidden from view, the picture looks perfect and the wars are being fought behind the scenes while the majority are in a trance-like state, “doing all to live for the moment”.
The moment of Qiyamah will soon be here, and that is the moment we should be living for.

It is not the case dear reader that we aspire for poverty, the last prophet Muhammad (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) advised

Consequently, we can see that the obsession with materialism is incompatible with Islam. Our life and our possessions are for Allah alone:

"Be of good cheer. Set your hopes on what will bring upon happiness. It is not poverty that I fear for you, but I fear that you will become engrossed with world as those before you did and that you will pursue it as those before you pursued it and that it will destroy you as it destroyed them".

This middle path requires us to utilise our resources and talents, of which Allah has so mercifully bestowed upon us, but not to fall prey to obsession with materialism:

"Leave me alone (to deal with him) whom I have created alone and to whom I have granted resources vast…and to whose life I gave so wide a scope and yet, greediliy desires that I give more" [74: 11-15].

Our only choice is to accept the sovereignty of Allah, and proclaim that he is the most supreme. Do we prohibit all that negates His authority, make sure that we totally submit to Him and no other false God, no other false force and no other false obsession? If we really do aspire for the latter option, the option to submit to Allah, then know dear reader that there is hope.

2. The Fastest Growing Religion on Earth

Hilary Clinton once remarked that Islam is the fastest growing religion in 1996, and today her comments are still very much confirmed by the new Islamic renaissance. Paradoxically, one of the reasons for this is the dire and deliberate misrepresentation by the media. Unfortunately, many people, or more accurately cattle are falling into the den of ignorance on this issue but a growing number are pushed by the intense coverage of Islam in the media to question whether the implication that Islam is evil is a valid one. By the Grace of God, they revert in the thousands.

A revert, not a convert because a Muslim is one who submits. Submits to the way Allah Ta'allah has asked for him to follow. All babies have none to protect them except Allah, they are all Muslim until they choose to convert to another faith or to follow none.
Therefore if, in later life, they decide Islam is the right religion for them, they must revert to the religion of their birth and again submit their will to Allah, making them reverts.

The reason of this incorrect reporting on the part of the media stems directly from who owns the media. Whoever owns the media owns the minds of the cattle. The few independent thinkers throughout the bombardment of misinformation, can decipher the real picture.

Strangely enough a vast number of the reverts are women who supposedly will be degrading the revered status of feminist dominance the West has bestowed upon them. They also implement the hijab and even at times the niqab a symbol of oppression in the west. Ironically they view it as a symbol of freedom. The West fails to see the real oppression is the constant exploitation of the woman’s body to the extent that she is but a sex object with a pretty face. Islam ensures that the woman is judged by her inner beauty, a term whose use is finding no purpose in the West.

Islam is the second largest religion after Christianity (or what’s left of the Christians). Reverts have been from all walks of life; the less fortunate to the wealthy, from the high school drop outs to the scientists and astronauts as well as people from all ethnicities.

"In societies where you have minorities that are discriminated against, I think they may find an appeal in Islam," said Waleed Kazziha of American University in Cairo whose words can find evidence in the reversion of African Americans and Black South Africans. The hypocrisy of the democracy of the two countries (USA and South Africa) where wealth is stagnant on a particular race and a cycle of permanent poverty faces other races. Islam offers scientific and spiritual evidence that it is the right way.
Islam does not only ask the believer to have faith without proofs.

Islam is logic. The very Tauheed, Oneness of God is as uncomplicated as you can get. There is proofs that previous messengers were only sent to give this message. God is One, worship Him. There is no mention of the word Trinity in the Bible and as I will expound in later parts of this subject, is a man-made idea. 3 in 1 god? Also, it is a religion without barriers, any one can be a Muslim, it was a religion sent to the world with the miracle of the Quran unchanged.

Truly they are scared that the people will start realising the truth in this religion and the obvious divinity. So they have continuously painted a horrible picture of islam so people are put off, but as usual it backfires and people research why islam is so evil and then fall in love with its purity and indeed become muslims. Subhannallah!

"Had We sent down this Qur'an on a mountain, you would surely have seen it humbling itself and rending asunder by the fear of Allah. Such are the parables which We put forward to mankind that they may reflect." [Qur'an, 59:21]

1. Economic threat

Oh how I wish there was really a free market. Ever read Shakespeare’s, Merchant of Venice? Well that sums it up completely. Back in the day when Europe was Christian and the law was Christian, money had value. There was no lending on interest. Usury was a means of enslavement. When the lender can rest and the money is making money, he’s reaping what is being sown by others, other’s sweat! Jesus entered the temple or synagogue (as he was a Jew, not a Christian, ha!) and saw the worshippers were being ripped off. Normal money wasn’t allowed in the temple, the temple had special money. But when there was an exchange, the lenders were not exchanging it equal to equal. They were having a profit! I am not a bible quoter but here goes (this is for the Christians)

Following this the Church has always outlawed usury. The Jews who changed their Torah which used to say Usury is unacceptable but now say that Usury is unacceptable between 2 Jews. Thus the gentiles were fair game. The Jews became the money lenders when Jesus (peace and blessings on him) was no longer on earth. So slowly Europe lost the war on Usury and became its centre.

This is a reason why they would never have a true shariah based country. It would automatically exclude it from their(Jewish bankers) control. By muslims being in the billions today, there is a great untapped source of riba money from insurance, morgages, loans and other illegal lending. By breaking Islam (ha) they would enslave the 1.5 billion or so muslims.

The Muslim women are oppressed

Islam gave rights to women before any government decided to. The 7th Century Rights of women are unbelieveably sufficient to this day. They include, among others:
1. The right and duty to obtain education.
2. The right to have their own independent property.
3. The right to work to earn money if they need it or want it.
4. Equality of reward for equal deeds.
5. The right to express their opinion and be heard.
6. The right to provisions from the husband for all her needs and more.
7. The right to negotiate marriage terms of her choice.
8. The right to obtain divorce from her husband, even on the grounds that she simply can't stand him. (pls note that God deeply frowns upon divorce as a solution unless there is hardly any other alternative but it does not mean that men have more right to divorce their wives than women do.)
9. The right to keep all her own money (she is not responsible to maintain any relations).
10. The right to get sexual satisfaction from her husband.
11. custody of their children after divorce.
12. to refuse any marriage that does not please them

Have you noticed it or have you been living in a hole. Everywhere you go, the treatment of Muslims as second class citizens. At every authority welding institution; airports, schools, I don’t need to post links as the proofs are self evident. Just last month someone close to me was on their way back to UK and as they were getting comfortable in the plane, they were told that their travel document was not sufficient, what?! So why let someone in your country if you won’t let them out? So they took them in custody, yes jail where they had to pay bond, wait for a about month to get approval from the UK authority and when they finally had this, they had to pay for the ticket fare! There was the very great probability that they would be sacked for not being in work for almost a month! But luckily the boss was a fellow muslim and saw immediately what happened. Religious profiling.

So, who is targeted?

• Arabs: any arabs, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, you are a terrorist.

There is evidently concerted efforts to stamp on this religion and anything to do with it since the crusades. Today it has simply become so wide-spread and so in-your-face and so obvious that even a non Muslim can see it as a cause for concern. But Why?
Islam has become the scapegoat. One has to only see the false flag operations that have been purportedly linked to Muslims and the propaganda we call news that leaves a sheep to conclude that Islam is evil and Muslims are evil. It’s funny how we are branded all this and at the same time provoked (Gaza, Guantanamo Bay, Al-Ghraib and all the prisons in Iraq and Afghanistan, Lebanon, the Danish cartoons) to such an extent of boiling rage and cannot do or say anything because it is anti-Semitic or hate speech or terror talk!
